240SX KA24DE Turbo Build EP.1 How To Turbo KA24DE

- Editing has been hell due to problems importing footage and my computer acting up, but here is the first episode on how to turbo KA24DE build. Basically just removed the intake, exhaust manifold, EGR system and got the oil pan done. I want to try and show every step and give some helpful information, while still keeping the series entertaining! I appreciate the feedback so drop a like and feel free to comment!

Great work! But pick up a twin core aluminum rad cause twin cams run hot and with a turbo it will need a lot more cooling

Makes me miss my KA-T S14. Over-bored and fully built, only on a T25 and a sidemount but it was pushing around 300hp on 9psi. :(

the intercooler is a direct bolt on for s13, s14 you have to modify the lower brackets, its on their website, that's why it didn't fit perfectly

Is this dependable at low boost like 7-12 lbs? Also how expensive it is overall doing this compared to a buying an Sr?

Hey man I have been debating what to do for months should I go rb25 or do manual swap for my ka and go turbo ? the car is supposed to be a daily/grip car
depends.. if you have the money id go rb25 get it with the tranny. more potential for the long run.
