I'm mainly a Honda guy and don't know a lot about the S chassis other than I admire them. That being said, now I understand how some people feel when I explain all the Honda/Acura chassis codes, face-lifts, etc. 😂🤔 I had to rewind it a couple times but I greatly appreciate it. This reminds me that someone needs to make a deep dive video on allllll the different schassis and why each name is different lol especially since the 180sx was continued in Japan for much longer and the s14 was even introduced a year earlier than the US market, so many differences to explain. From market specifics, trim levels, conversions, etc

@@theronhildebrand5925 well it's my mom's car and her first car. my Dad got it for her as a gift I believe it was a random selection like we actually didn't know this car was a drift car neither anything about it but gladly I'm of age now and thanks for Google I would have cried like hell if I had sold it for a penny. So When my mom got it and started with driving lessons she wasn't that confident with driving I don't know and one Saturday she was driving to her shop and a huge tanker kept horning behind her 😂. She was scared asf and just stopped right there and ran out of the car that's how she stopped driving her s14 and since then it has been park staring at us and us staring at it for some years until her friends and my uncles kept persuading her to sell it that the car has no purpose. Still a lot to these story....

what I am trying to say, from my perspective, dealing with shops, labor, parts, time and unexpected headaches, your 20k dream car will turn in to a 40k almost finished build, which, if you want to sell, someone won't give you more than 20k on... so if you really want a toy now, buy that car, if you want to have your own get ready to learn wrenching or save more money because a shop will bleed you dry, no matter what, don't expect to drive it S00N
