Through his hard work, consistency and perseverance , Utkarsh qualified the Civil Services Exam 2021 with exceptional rank of 05. It was his 3rd attempt and 3rd interview as well. He has scored 314 marks in Political Science and International Relations(PSIR) optional.He is set to become an Indian Administrative Service officer.
