    how do you make the actual image? like the very very first step, beginning, the image that you want to put on the shirt? you said you just drag and drop the artwork into the program, but how do you make the initial artwork?

      Brittney, The best way to get started is download something like Vectornator on an IPAD and draw your vector designs. You can also design inside of Adobe Illustrator or find a graphic designer who can help create your images! You can feel free to email us at grindtimeclothingconcepts@gmail.com and would be happy to quote any designs you are in need of!

    So I am using GIMP and printing my transparencies at a local fedex. I am trying to find a way to ensure my lines are fully black but i'm unsure how to do that on GIMP. Previous burns have washed out completely so i'm guessing my image isnt fully opaque. Any suggestions?

      Basilxcore! Unfortunately I am not well versed or familiar with GIMP. I wish I could be of more help but I'm sure if you dig on CZcams hard enough you will find something. Good luck!

    Hey dude!
    Curious why you want to rasterize the image before printing? I always print the ai vector image to my transparencies which give me crisp edges with zero issues.Wouldn’t rasterizing it fuzzy up the edges with pixels?
    Is there something I have been missing all these years?
    Haha
    Thanks brother!
    :)

      Rasterizing the image make it actually print ready. Do a comparison and print one vector and then rasterize and print another copy. Compare the two next to each other. While you do get clean edges with the vector you can notice a visible difference in the image once rasterized! Try it and let us know your results!

    What kind of ink is in the Pixma, do you use some high-density ink or just the one that came with it?

    • @GrindTimeFL
      @GrindTimeFL  Před rokem +1

      We just run the standard Canon ink recommended for the Pixma Printer. You just need to make sure all of your lines are set to true #0000 BLK before you print and at least for us it's always been golden! We still use this printer to this day!
