I lived in NY during my active addiction and I had no idea other states didn't sell clean needles in pharmacies 🤯 how did people in those states get them ?😮

Isn’t there some countries that you can actually go to a facility and have them shoot you up with heroin? I swear I remember seeing something about that maybe Switzerland or somewhere in Europe.
