When autumn isn't even a thing in your country and you still watch fall reading recommendations because... Chelsea. 😤👌
It dipped into the 80s today and I pulled on a hoodie, bought my first pumpkin spice latte, and headed to the bookstore lol. I was sweating immediately but I am so ready!! The Wicked Deep is on my TBR for Oct. The Bone Houses sounds amazing!
Aaah The Babysitter's Coven sounds like everything I want!
That candle holder is beautiful
YESSS! It's the first time I hear a youtuber talk about the Sweep series. Thank you! I felt for years like I was the only one who knew those books
It’s still well above 90 here in Texas but I am so here for all the fall content!
My favorite thing about living in PA is fall!!! Pumpkin Heads is now on my Fall TBR! Thank you!!
Yaaasss! All the Sweep things! More Sweep! Lol
Dark Witch, I was completely surprised by. I loved it and read the trilogy in a few days. Loved.
This is EXACTLY what I needed. And I love Rainbow Rowell! No wonder this video has 0 dislikes. 💜
I loved Pumpkinheads!!! so cute!!! And The Wicked Deep is on my October TBR
YES, finally cosy recommendations that are actually cosy and not thriller/horror oriented!
OMG Someone else who loved the Sweep series!!!! I devoured those stories as a kid. You and me must be around the same age lol. But yes, those books bring back so many memories for me. I still have my original copies with all the old covers. You’re making me wanna do a re-read haha! -Ali
YEEEESSSSSS SWEEP! I don't have my originals anymore, they got left behind when I moved across country. But, I do have the bind-ups now and I can't wait to revisit them!
Dark Witch was so good!
The Wicked Deep is A FAVE
The Babysitters Coven was SO FUN
Spellbook for the lost and found had been on my radar a while, so I will have to jump into that.
The bones houses I'm starting after I finish DarkDawn 😱
The rest I will have to check out!
Dark Witch completely belongs on this list, and it's SO GOOD! I hope you love it! Great list of books :)
I just picked up The Bakeshop at Pumpkin and Spice because Heather at Bookables recommended it. The cover will give you total fall vibes and it’s a collection of 3 short stories. I also think Stalking Jack the Ripper is a good fall choice because those murders take place in the fall and it’s very atmospheric without being too scary.
I live in maryland and come to Pennsylvania in October for the national apple harvest festival. Love fall!
omg pumpkin heads looks so cute and OF COURSE I'm going to get it cause its Rainbow Rowell. Bitter sweet also seems like my jam ;)
Awww The Simple Wild sounds so cute!!! I love that.
I loved Dark Witch. I'm reading Shadow Spell for the Hocus Pocus Readathon next month so I totally agree with your recommendation there!
My gosh, I haven’t thought of the sweep series in forever! I never completely read the series but I did very much enjoy them in my teenage years(make me feel old man)
I just finished The Simple Wild on your recommendation. So so so good!!!!
I LOVED The Simple Wild. Absolutely loved it.
I was also a big fan of that Nora Roberts trilogy. Then again, I enjoy most of her trilogies.
Yes to all of this!!!!!!
The best fall activity farm in Western PA is Irons Mill Farm. They have aaaall the things. So fun.
My friends and I were obsessed with the Sweep series when I was in high school! Also the Daughters of the Moon series!
Ohhh my god, Sweep! Those books were also my early teen years' obsession! haha
I live in central Pennsylvania and I always forget that different parts of the world and the United States don’t have the luxury pumpkin patches and corn mazes.
I was looking for some autumn reads! Thank youuuuu!
Oh my gosh I love the sweep series! I've re-read this series so many times
Sweep is one of my favorite series. I can not tell you how many times I have read it.
In India it is still autumn. I loved your recommendations....😘
Perfect timing! I was just thinking I need a new list for fall infusion of reading. I am ready to be out of my regular series quest etc! Great suggestions and looking forward to giving most of them a try! great video's!
You absolutely got me interested in that cousins trilogy from Nora Roberts. Thank you!
The Dark Witch trilogy is amazing. I read one right after the other. Her Circle Trilogy is also incredible. One of my favorites!
I love love loved Pumpkin Heads it was so cute 😍
So excited for fall! I have Pumpkin Heads on hold at the library and just added The Simplicity of Cider and The Wicked Deep to the list!
Bought Pumpkin Heads yesterday! Can't wait to read it. Simplicity of Cider was a good book, great for fall.
yeeess I'm here for all the fall recommendations 😍❤
Oooh i need to get to the wicked deep this fall
I have the Dark witch reading in October horses would get you indeed.
Dark witch was a great book. The other 2 as well.
I loved this video! I took a couple screen shots of books I’d like to pick up. And to be completely honest, I have never read Wicked Deep! It’s in my TBR cart though!
I love how you got an empty shelf to put all the books on! Great picks. Also love your shirt!
I have been waiting for fall to pick The Wicked Deep and Babysitter Coven just arrived.
I have been waffling about that Nora Roberts book for over a year now. Think I’m gonna actually grab a copy now .
The Nora Roberts books were absolutely wonderful! I love her magic oriented series so much.
I love the Sweep series! I read them in my native language when I was a teenager. Really want to read them in English now haha
I just recieved The Wicked Deep in the post this morning, I need to read it ASAP!
It's really good!!!! I read it last fall.
I cannot wait to buy The Simple Wild. I think K.A. Tucker is my new fave.
I had to comment, someone recommending the Sweep series! This was my childhood growing up and I've also reread this multiple times. It's not something I've heard spoken about much in the UK but just seeing you holding that up, gave me all the nostalgic feelings! Guess I know what my next reread is going to be 😂
Ooooh. Bittersweet definitely sounds right up my alley!!! Imagine my joy when I went on Audible escape and it turns out I can borrow it to read immediately. SCORE!!!! Also, I've been saving Wicked Deep since I got it earlier in the year to read it this fall so I'm SUPER excited to read it too!!!!
O.M.G. I shrieked when you held up the Sweep book. As I am attempting to write the comment. I'm trying not to fangirl. I LOVED this series in my teen years. You are the second person who I know has read the series. This series has propelled my love of witches, wicca, and all things magick. 🤩🤩I need to reread this series for the fourth time soon.
Awsome video, and I CANNOT wait for your horror recommendations!!!🎃
I enjoyed the Nora Roberts Dark Witch Trilogy, they are good fall books.
Dark Witch: SOLD!!! I love reading books that are set in Ireland. These are some great recs!!
I really enjoyed Busted by Gina Ciocca. It’s a good fall read, it’s back to school and also some mystery, thrown into a YA Contemporary. It’s really beautiful. I tend to read more thrillers in fall. I am currently reading come find me by Megan Miranda and I am in love with it ❤️-finished come find me and it was AMAZING-
Following up: I picked up Burying Water by K.A. Tucker (they didn’t have the simple wild at half price books) but it’s really good so far! Thank you for suggesting her book. I love her writing style. 💕 have a great day!
Just found your channel and love it! I'm a slow reader! Can't decide which one to read!..pick one for me! I like good cozy stories, not a lot of fluff and some excitement mixed in.....!..PS. Not a fan of series because I read too slow. (guess you can say I'm a guilty reader if I have laundry to do or bathrooms to clean!)
do you have more recs like that cider book? that sounds like something I am going to love :)
A Secret History of Witches by Louisa Morgan is FANTASTIC! It's from 2017, maybe you already covered it. Still, a wonderful book.
Look at you using your wish shelf 😊
Book recommendation: Fever Series by Karen Marie Moning - not fall-type books, but they are set in Ireland. Genre: Fantasy/romance/paranormal/thriller - I love these books so much, and I’m definitely planning on doing a review video about these - probably a fav author type video. By the way, just bought Wicked Deep (I am definitely behind the times in certain genres lol - thanks for the recommendation!)
I am a new subscriber and I am very interested in your ideas about the Sweep series, I have yet to read them, I have the books already just haven’t read any yet. So yes, please, do that video you have been thinking about doing on the Sweep series please. Also, I think I’ll read a few of your recommendations too, thanks for the video.
These Witches Don’t Burn is also a very good addition!
I love Cate Tiernan. I really liked Immortal beloved as well. And Hunter was my book boyfriend for a long time 😆
FYI Bittersweet is free on Kindle as of today. Thanks for the recs!
Tabitha Overby I’m trying to get it on my kindle but I don’t see a download button? Am I missing something! It keeps just telling me to add it to my list :(
Try opening Amazon through your browser instead! Anazon won’t allow any Kindle purchases through their app, even though it’s “$0.00”. Hope that helps!
Hi Chelsea! ☀Could you please help me with this question? I've watched a lot of your videos, and I can't recall which one you mentioned a book you purchased about (2) sisters who go into a magical world and dwell there for some time, something happens and the sisters are transported back to their own timeline and world. However, one of the sister's struggles and can't adapt back to being in her own world. What's the title of this book? I've re-watched at least 20 videos and can't find where you discuss the summary.
What's 'hay ride' and what is kattle corn I don't think England has anything like that?
Omgoodness, hay rides are so much fun. Someone with a tractor, big truck.. Etc. pulls a trailer on the back of it with hay bales for people to sit on and you go through trails and what not.. Its an adventure lol
@@shainamorgan5000 it sounds really fun gutted England doesn't do anything like that
I loved the first two books in The Dark Witch trilogy, but I have to say that the last one was a big disappointment. I would agree though that they are a perfect fall read.
Pumpkin patches -- not happening in Russia(((
Well, I start horror novels in fall and winter...
"she wants all of the things that I want in life ..........did I miss the part where you mention goats??!
