The Night Circus is one of my all time favorites too! Really helped me fulfill the longing for something up to par with The Harry Potter series for me. I just wish it was a Night Circus series!
I remember hearing people describe The Night Circus as the "adults' Harry Potter" & thinking "uh, no way" BUT THEN I actually read The Night Circus and I completely agree! There's a certain charming magical quality that sweeps the reader away when reading it that very much resembled how I felt whilst reading the HP series!
I would be happy to recommend a couple of my favorite cozy mystery series 😊 I love the “Booktown Mystery” series, the “Southern Sewing Circle” series, and “Emergency Dessert Squad” series. Let me know if you would like any more recommendations 😊

this was great, you recommended books for basically every kind of book preference someone may have hahaha even though I didn't particularly like Fallen by Lauren Kate, that was the first book that came to mind when you mentioned recommendations for fall, mostly because of the setting (that school is seriously weird) and I also thought about The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black (which is amazing in my opinion), if you haven't read it, I feel like this is the season for it, so beautifully creepy, mysterious and extremely atmospheric yet not really scary. hope you have a lovely month! xx

Go with Fangirl for a wholesome, cute read - go with The Cruel Prince for a darker story with unlikable characters - or go with The Selection for a super fast, drama and romance-packed story! Am I the only person on earth that HATE Fangirl ?? Seriously, I am not a contemporary lover, but this book hasn’t a second of a kind of action or interest. I just did’t understand the goal of the story. I was very disappointed because I loved Carry On. But anyway, that’s not a big deal. And I have to read the Cruel Prince !!!
Laptitclacla I also really disliked Fangirl. I’m also not a huge YA contemporary fan either but decided to pick it up because everyone loves it but I found it soooo boring and I hated Cath with a passion!

And the relationship between she and Levis is impossible, they shared nothing in common. I am french and two of my friends read it in french and they hate it, but they are contemporary lover so I thought that the traduction was very bad. But I read it in English and I also think it is very bad...

I read Fangirl when I first moved to where I live now, and I didn't know anyone here & I'm a terribly shy person in social situations, so I empathized with Cath a lot. But I get that not every book is going to be for every person! 😌
