Thank you so much for the opportunity Daniel! I am always looking for new ways to explore my creativity. I am(was) a professional cake decorator. Unfortunately due to the side effects of chemo and radiation I am no longer able to Express my creativity through this medium any longer. My hands are not as dexterous as they used to be and I am in constant pain every day. Through Skill Share I will now be able to learn to direct my abilities elsewhere and be my wonderful creative self again! Life giving is what that is!
I loved soda and I stopped drinking it 130days ago and I started eating right and running again I have lost 70 lbs in that time now if I can stop smoking cigarettes I would be in good shape thank you for the inspiration to be a better me
vaping helped me quit the cancer sticks
@@mommysings Some days Vaping is the only thing stopping me from reaching for those ciggs, and in better times I can go days or weeks without my Vape.... It's a process
Yeeess, water is everything and soda is a hard addiction to kick, proud of you!
Hey Daniel 👋🏽 so happy to see you doing better and kicking that habit!!!! I would love to see you travel other places and countries Italy or Spain!!! That’s would be cool to see and for you to experience 💪🏽
Glad to see you living your best life.💜. Missouri in the U.S has beautiful space and sights. Keep being the beautiful soul you are.✌
I would LOVE to see you Travel again!!!!!! Japan! The 🇺🇸! AUSTRALIA!
Very proud of you. A lot of people don't really understand how addictive soda can be. I'm in the process of cutting it almost entirely out of my life, so I'll only have it occasionally. It goes right along with quitting smoking almost 8 years ago, and being 3 years 7 months sober from alcohol.
Congratulations on your journey. Yes I would love for you to video your travels. It allows me to see the world which I know I will not be able to do in my lifetime. I love to see all the different places you go as it is not like the "touristy" videos that show only the same well known places. You show us a different viewpoint and I enjoy your positivity and humor! Safe travel of course. Wishing you the best and big hugs from NY, 🇺🇸.
Cali is such a great place, so many places to visit! I’m in the Bay Area which I’m sure you’ve visited at some point, but it’s still awesome! This last couple years, I’ve also cut out fizzy drinks and just have water and tea, with the occasional coffee and alcohol. And food wise, everything in moderation is exactly what I stick to too! It’s so wonderful to hear about your own personal journey and so proud of how far you’ve come. 😊✌️💙
Congratulations. I quit soda several years ago. And cigarettes 9 years ago. Thank you for your awesome videos. They always make my day better. Namaste!
Well done, youre smashing life, i love watching you because you make me believe in myself more, started a weight loss journey inspired by you but had a bit of a set back recently which has really kicked me to the ground, recently separated from my partner so finding it hard not to fall back into bad habits, just taking each day as it comes, keep rockin and live your life to the fullest
Congratulations! Im so happy for you! Thank you for sharing. I hope things continue to look up for you. A place I always wanted to visit was Venice. I’ll be following you here too to see your updates. Good luck, much love and support from me in Ohio, USA.
That’s awesome! I’ve always loved naturally flavored sparking water, no alcohol for me for 5 years now. No soda too. Proud of you for making healthier choices. Definitely feels better. ❤️❤️
Great job!! It is a struggle I still fight with. I need to drink more water, I do good than I slack off again. I love your videos!! Stay safe and enjoy everyday we have on this beautiful planet!! 🤗😁❤
Omg congratulations! People don't take sugar and soda addiction seriously but it's soooo bad. I've been drinking soda my whole life and it's so hard to stop. I'm down to like one a day. It's a struggle bus. I'm so proud of you!!! Massive hugs!!!
Well done, you're looking well for it!
Congratulations. Way to be strong. Great progress, life is an ongoing journey of self improvement if you’re open to it.
So happy to hear your doing well xx
Come to Vienna 🙃🙃❤
💕💕proud of you!
Congrats to you! I’m working on it. I went from the regular sized cans to the mini sized cans a couple years ago. I went 3 weeks without it, but started to miss it a tiny bit, not much. I don’t let myself drink more than 1 mini can a day. 2 if it’s a busy day. The rest of the time I’m drinking water or milk. I’ve noticed the more water I drink the less I want diet coke.
Soda is hard to let go of, I've been trying to not drink as many and go for hot teas. I will drink a beer or a glass of wine after a long day at work, out at the barn (after I'm done riding and caring for my horse taking in the sunset) and typically after yard work or racing at the track on a hot day. But water is the key to everything. Your videos are amazing, and I'm happy for you that you were able to kick soda to the curb your skin looks amazing! I'm still working hard to cut soda out completely.
So proud of u sweetie! Come to the USA 🇺🇸 I will happily do a meet up with u in any state! Also I’m so happy to hear about u eating in moderation yet healthy. Ur going to thank yourself more than u won’t
That's Awesome😍
That’s awesome.
Congratulations 🥰👍
Congratulations on beating your addiction! That is awesome! I think you should visit Washington State. I am not talking about Seattle. Although it's nice there. But, look up The Columbia Gorge. And there are also some nice places to visit if you like camping, in Gifford Pinchot National Forest. It's beautiful up there.
Oh, it's so hard!! I was doing good for a while, but I've started to slip again. I love diet cherry Pepsi or diet Dr. Pepper. I'm so proud of you! Hang in there!
I have done exactly this over the past week!!! ❤❤❤❤
I kicked my soda habit before the pandemic. Buuuuuut, I picked it back up. Sugar was hard to kick before but it seems harder now. I’m trying! Good for you, D!
I never comment on stuff like this and not sure if you do read these comments but can totally relate to what you're saying. Was addicted to cigarettes off them since April of last year, went from living in Ireland to moving to the Netherlands. Best decision made. If you do get a chance, you could stay in the Netherlands, then travel between Belgium and Germany. There's so much to see and it can really make you feel alive again while being able read and write.
So proud of you for getting rid of soda. I've been soda free for about a year and a half now. If you ever want add flavor to your water add cute up fruit. I was about to add back lemonade and juice to my diet till someone to me that trick and it saved me still drinking only water.
I was a major drinker of Coca Cola. I drank 2 2-liters per day. I always drank a ton of water with it as well, but it was a serious addiction. I couldn't go without it. I stopped drinking it entirely over a year ago and lost over 10 lbs simply from no longer drinking soda of any kind. I stick with water, which thankfully has always been my favorite. Props to you for breaking the habit!
Congrats
Wauw that’s awesome! Good job, and keep up the good work😃.
I don’t drink a lot of soda, or water... I don’t drink enough (about 1/2 - 1 liter a day)🙈.
I Think you should visit Denmark😃🤩🇩🇰
Aside from a random sip of my partner's Mt. Dew every now and then (Which I always regret), I haven't drank soda since June of 2019. Drank iced tea for a bit but finally settled on hot teas and water..both tap and seltzer. Oddly enough I don't miss soda.
So proud of you! I'm just beginning to get off Pepsi.
SoCal is always a lovely place to visit 😉
I'm just saying the state of Michigan has giant Freshwater Lakes. A huge bridge that connects the 2 halves of our state, and a famous Island that people love to tour 😁 and we're open!
I will always recommend Japan as a place to visit. I loved it so very much and I cannot wait to go back.
We would love to see your beautiful self in Perth Western Australia 🇦🇺. We are a crazy friendly bunch of people.
Hi, Daniel😍
March 7, 2019 I stopped all Dr. Pepper. I had a sip of soda and it made me sick. So I am glad you have stopped soda. I drink sweet tea or water with Propel type thing.
I stopped drinking soda almost 2 years ago after my doctor revealed my A1C level was high. I also felt like crap after drinking soda. I started drinking unflavored carbonated water to fulfill that need for carbonation. I also gave up red meat a few months ago and feel so much better! So, as of right now, I've lost 20 pounds and went down a pants size.
Totally understand the sugar and caffeine can be hard to kick. I try to drink 1/2gal a day (not sure what it is converted) and I’ll add stuff to it like fruits then I can have a snack after 😄. Won’t lie we are big on coke (we honestly call any sugary carbonate drink that whether it’s by coke or Pepsi) but I won’t usually til after my waters done so usually I get 1 if if even finish my water lol
I've just in the past month really cut out chocolate and candy. I was eating share packs / bags multiple sometimes a day. Felt the same, lethargic. Starting to feel better. Would like to continue to improve. I drink my wadi alot instead of water going to try take a page out of your book and switch to water. Can I ask what feels like a dumb question ❓ lol do you drink any tea or coffee ? 😆 visit us in Ireland 😁🇮🇪 not just Dublin 💚
What do you do for a living? I wish I could go on vacation for a month
Soda... Pop... My one vice. I've debated many times giving it up. Even went to no caffeine for a bit. Good for you on achieving your goals!!
I'd say visit Canada again but our covid response is still a bit of a shit show. Stay safe!
I had a period of time in college where I drank a ridiculous amount of coca-cola. But I was also super sleep-deprived. I drank a lot of Monster, too. There was this one moment where I put Monster in my coffee while my friends looked at me, horrified.🤣
Tuscany Italy
I’ve been trying to get my son to quit coke all together. He cut back and I’m proud but would love to see it gone for good!!!
Tell him its woke a cola now. They’re woke af.
I drink 2 cans of coke a day. That's it. I never drink more than that. Now that winter is setting in (Australia) I'll probs cut back to 1 can because i can't drink many cold drinks when it's cold lol
I stopped drinking soda at 16 and never had it ever again
I need to work harder on this
for like 10 years, i would drink like a 12 pack of 12 ounce cans of soda a day. Im down to like 1-2 sodas a day,
It will be 3 years without Pepsi. Stock prices nearly crashed when I did that. Lol
I drink 100 oz of water daily with gatorade zero almost a year now
I beat soda addiction almost 4 years ago
Yea pelligrina with a fruit juice is good n good 4 u cuz those are natural mineral carbon waters, helps detox😁
When Japan finally opens up its boarders, come on over to Kobe.
