Direction shows you have to install the wireless charger for the watch behind the back panel

definitely not an optimal test considering its showing on your phone to be taking forever just to get 19% charge, is that the same case with it plugged into the actual adapter and not using a mobile power brick also possibly the reasoning behind the watch not working as you're not providing it with enough power , retest!
