Rodman was a great defender. Strong, athletic, great anticipation, aggressive and went hard. But on top of that, he was also a master troll and agitator that frustrated the shit out of players.
"Why did his team mates take him to the ground".... Because Rodman was on the verge of throwing hands in that one. I loved the way they were all laughing as they got up. Knowing they had saved the situation. The rest of the team were like cat herders for him, they left him off leash because that was where he really shined but they had to sometime step in and stop a spiral out of control that might cause him to get ejected :) Rodman played at and over the edge of the rule book and it was beautiful to behold. His ability to get under the skin of the opposition... omg
That game where Jordan and Pippen tackled Rodman when Shaq went after him: That's from a game early in the 96-97 season. Van Exel, Eddie Jones, Kobe and Shaq were killing the Bulls. Then the Bulls came back from like 20 down and the game went into overtime. Pippen and Jordan grabbed Rodman and tackled him because they were finally winning in OT and didn't want Rodman messing up that whole comeback.
Dennis is smart because he’s fouling Shaquille O’Neal because he knows he can’t make free-throw shots and he would keep Shaquille O’Neal away from the basket to make him shoot but she had a higher percentage of missing
You saw what Mike did to Kukoc at 3:53 right? No love in between the lines for the adversaries! The way it should be - everybody too buddy-buddy in the league anymore!
Finally, I been waiting for this
First
Rodman was the psychological puppet master.
He held shaq scoreless for an entire quarter

Rodman was slick. Alonzo Morning said he use to pinch players on the arm when refs weren't looking.

rodman is only 6'8, and 50 lbs. lighter but he can push away SHAQ out for a rebound ... hahahaha
