A clever trick is to dump the first batch into the water tank to help the water in the tank cool down faster. This way the second batch is prepared faster because the water in the tank cools down faster. Also, the ice cubes come out a little bigger this way.
A question. Do I have to put the ice cubes in the fridge or does the machine keep them by itself?
A friendly tip. For the European viewers , it would be very helpful to list the specs in the metric system as well.

Serious question I've been trying to buy a nugget ice maker for 4 years actually from newair nugget ice maker to Ge opal to gevi nugget ice maker and there all good reviews but I've seen more good reviews about Gevi nugget ice maker is worth it ? My question us the ice quality is soft chewable or is sold hard recently I've seen another reviews and that person was upset 😡 the ice was extremely hard and there going to return it get another back so my question is is soft chewable or hard b3 honest

The ice from this machine is very chewable, but I can't speak for their other nugget makers. Unfortunately, this exact model is currently unavailable and they have not given me a date of when it will be sold again. But I do like the machine a lot, I love the ice, and I use it every day :)
