- Disney's live-action remake of Snow White has been making headlines lately, but not for the reasons the studio may have hoped.
The production faced backlash after it was revealed that the seven dwarfs had been replaced with average-sized magical creatures.
And now, the controversy continues with comments made by the actress who plays Snow White, Rachel Zegler.
Tomi Lahren, host of "Tomi Lahren is Fearless", weighed in on the controversy, criticizing both Ziegler and Disney for messing with the classics.
Lahren argued that if Disney wants to make more woke films, they should come up with original ideas instead of destroying beloved childhood classics.
She also pointed out that Zegler's negative comments about Snow White and the prince make her seem ungrateful for the opportunity to be cast in the film.

I had a sudden urge to rewatch Snow White amidst the crazy woke feminism shit going on, so I did. I cried the whole movie because I kept thinking "She is already such a strong character, why can't they see that? What's so wrong with dreaming of true love?" She is terribly envied by her stepmother who wants her dead, she is exiled from the palace, but at the end of the day her heart remains pure. Well said. I feel that older material is important to expose yourself and kids to. In a world of marketing, selective censorship, open racism and sexism in entertainment historically, it's important to experience that the world didn't just begin the moment you were born. Lean on some history and see some of what we have gained since then and what we have lost. Strength can be expressed in many ways that are less obvious to some. I wish Disney would respect their audience more than they do. They're a perfect examples as to why abusive monopolies need to be broken into pieces.

I'm 73 and remember the thrill of seeing Snow White for the first time. The dwarves were so cute, especially Dopey, and it was so magical. Prince Charming was definitely not a stalker, but someone who loved Snow White dearly. That was the magic of Disney back then. Even my children experienced the magic of Disney and Disney World, but we wouldn't take a free ticket to it now. Rachel Zegler is an obnoxious narcissistic person who will hopefully never be heard of again after this movie. This world has become a very sad place to be!

I grew up in a world where children were able to be children and our parents didn't have to worry us when we played outside for hours and they weren't afraid we'd be kidnapped. Times were simple and life was fun. I feel so sorry for parents and children today because we live in a world that has truly gone insanen

It should be required of all actors to actually read the story if an adaption is made from a classic tale. Instead of ripping the story, perhaps mentioning other cast members or the set, besides hissing like some mewling cat in heat left out in the rain.

The thing about James Bond is that the lady wasn’t replacing James Bond, she was replacing 007. Which anyone can be because it’s a handle or code name. I just don’t like how they have to downplay the men to make the women look better. She-Hulk was a prime example. Bruce was on the run from the government and SHIELD for years, fought Loki, Ultron, Thanos, AND got shot into space and fought as a gladiator AND watched his friends get snapped away AND went back in time to save everyone. Then, Jessica becomes a Hulk (because of Bruce) and after maybe a week she’s better at being a Hulk than Bruce is 😂. Not to mention she claimed to be better at controlling her anger because she does it INFINITELY more than Bruce lmao.

I saw the Barbie movie and was so disappointed. I got the feeling that whoever wrote that script doesn't like men very much.
With all due respect, the entire third act of the movie was the movie showing sympathy to the Kens. They actually empowered the Kens. Ken didn’t know who he was without Barbie. This movie was not anti-men. This movie is about how no gender will ever be happy if there is a matriarchy or patriarchy. It’s also about how the patriarchy negatively affects both men and women. This movie is not anti-men. For being a Girl power movie, it sure went out of it’s way to be nice to the feelings of the male characters.
