Always a pain to have work zones, but that section of highway desperately needed it. Also smart to do bridges at same time.

I didn't realize that it was going to be 2 years. I have to get off at Endicott to get home in Apalachin now. I'm glad they built the Campville bridge. I remember when it didn't exist

Back in the day..... It was a bad idea to pave over the concrete blocks. This also happened on I-84 and I-684. The problem is that the concrete blocks continued to heave up and down under the blacktop. Breaking up the blocks will make a nice bed for the new road.

It used to be concrete with the gooves cut into it to get more traction in bad weather. Thanks Frank.
