We live in a monetary and materialistic world which makes one behave badly. The wealthy once they've had fun spending it, they get bored. They have so much they dont know what to do with it all so they become pathetic and treat people like shit because they can and they have power and eventually kill themselves for having so much.
On the other spectrum, we have the poor who kill themsleves for not having enough are miserable and not able to cope with the pressure's of little pennies , and others that have virtually nothing and kill to survive.
So you see, it works evil in both ways! We should be living in a world with access to free resources and each to have what they need for the day therefore you dont have an abundance but you dont have little either. You just live to survive and help others and we all contribute our fair share in what needs to be completed and filfilled as humans in order for the race to continue.
Life is to be lived, loved and shared, we teach and we learn. All these materialistic bullshit won't be going with you to another place when you die.
It will all go onto one big giant scrap heap!!!

Cary Grant did love her but, he was gay. The studios knew, and they made him marry. He had a nervous breakdown, and the divorce ensued. He got back with His life time lover after that. The movie industry did that to all leading gay men. They all had to play the part of a womanizing lover. It was kept so quiet with the actors that most knew the truth.
It wasn't until Rock Hudson got AIDS that many gays were outed. Things started to change.
It really is hard to watch a love scene, and know that that actor is gay, even when most accept it in this day, and age.
Farrah Faucett was a great actress. I've never seen her acting horrible except in Charley's Angels. She had to play a dumb blonde.
Just wanted to inform you that Cary tho he could love a woman, he loved men more intensely❣

I didn’t know this until recently, but one of Barbara Hutton’s cousins is the late actress Dina Merrill, whose parents were E.F. Hutton and Marjorie Merriweather Post (of Post cereal). Barbara’s father was Hutton’s brother while her mother inherited the Woolworth fortune. It’s a shame she led such an unhappy life, all the men she married except Cary Grant just wanted her money, one husband beat her regularly, she struggled with anorexia for most of her life, lost her only son in a plane crash in 1972 (he had been married to actress Jill St. John and then Cheryl Holdridge who was one is the original members of the Mickey Mouse Club), Barbara died lonely, broke and miserable. Money can make things easier for you, but it can’t buy happiness. Good movie, Farrah Fawcett was such an underrated actress, thanks for the upload!

Hollywood was strange at this time (and ever more before and still a bit now even if its better) but for an actress after 30-35 years was looking too old and its very sad. And Farrah proved it in thsi movie and some others too. Like Cherryl Ladd she was a good actress but some roles like : Poison Ivy (with also a huge cast with her, drey barrymore, tom skeritt and others, a movie to see too but not the same but cheryl ladd's performance was amazing.

Loss of her mother, a cold and emotionally unavailable father doesn't do much for her self esteem growing up. No amount of money could buy it either. Going from one gold digging arsehole husband to another and a strained relationship with her son. The poor woman never stood a chance. Carry Grant being one of her husbands was a fun fact of the day. He was a legend with his own money.
