I wonder how many people realize just how ACCURATE and REALISTIC this movie is. I'm surprised. And it's really a beautiful film, too: great sets, great locations, and fantastic camera/color work!
I recently found this! I loved it Even though I'm not rich I'm glad and I'm grateful for what I have, my friends and family members do matter even though we don't get along, we still love each other, and Farah Fawcett did a superb job and she's lovely, which I know I shouldn't be comparing myself to her!!

I've been waiting so anxiously to see this series again, thank you so much for the upload Sergey Golovin. Will be checking everyday for next Episode...
No one has a perfect life no matter how rich they are. If only Barbara wasn't neglected by her father then maybe she wouldn't have lived such a tragic life.
Only had $3.000 when she died. Squandered her money. Every man she married took some to during the divorce. Married Cary Grant. He took no money from her.
@@gardenroom65 She DID help people. That was the problem. She was always giving her money away. She certainly wasn't self centred in that respect. She was known for her generosity.
Money , expensive things make US not happy .Real friends ,real love ,innocent smile of a child ,a good coffee, health body ,free lovely animals ,fresh air ,helping others that makes US happy in name of Jesus❤
***** What's wrong with loving money? I love money, who doesn't? Having money makes living allot more comfortable and fun, nothing wrong being filthy rich with allot of money and enjoying it. The problem with having allot of money is how you spend it, how you use it, that is the key! However, of course money alone doesn't buy happiness or fulfill a person life, but if you know how to handle your finances and put it all in the right perspective, it sure will make your life a hell of allot easier than not having any money.
***** I totally agree! Of course I don't literally love money, what I'm trying to say is that money does help in life, if you only know how to handle it. Surprisingly, some people don't know how to handle it and can ruin their lives, which is really unfortunate and a waste.
***** Yes, I am poor with money but very rich in many other things in life, therefore I am happy and content. I rather be poor and happy than rich and unhappy, like some people are. I don't take anythng for granted in life and feel very grateful. I stay focused on the things I have, not on the things I don't have.
***** Hey, save it. You're getting a lilttle too analytical over something that was inconsequential. Don't judge a book by a photo, you don't know anything about me and quit trying to figure me out. And lastly, speak like a normal person, you trying to act all intelligent by rambling only makes you look more stupid, you're not impressing anyone but making me laugh. LOL... Get a real life you need one!
***** Well, then it doesn't apply to you because you're far from normal. Now, go amuse yourself some where else your 5 minutes are up! Seriously, you creepy lil man need to stop stalking me and find something more constructive to do with your time! Better yet, creepy maggots like you I'll just block because you can't seem to understand the meaning of... poof disappear!!
Very delightful video presentation, but this appears to only be the first 48 minutes. I believe the total series is just over 5 hours, Are there E02, E03, etc available?
Crap Makes me glad I am not rich. I had stumbled across the Woolworth saga while reading a biography of Wallis Simpson and the affair between the her and Jimmy Donahue. It seems that if Woolworth had changed his will it would've been the best thing he could have done for his family. The money ruined them. They ended up unhappy and chased some way to find happiness only to end up dying young and not ever finding anything of real value. This is why Andrew Carnegie left his money to build museums and libraries and universities.
Those were some weird ass little girls that they brought in to be Barbara's friends--they didn't even sound normal (their accents and intonations were just...off).
Her mistake was the Self-indulgent lifestyle. If she had found some WORTH-y cause...Built an Orphanage, started some Charitable Organization or something! If l had that much Money l would do Wonders...❤

Farrah was an underrated actress. She could play anything. My favorite role of hers was as the chilling psychopath Diane Downs.
She was underrated. She was EXTREMELY talented!
To be loved and excepted is all any of us wants. Sending you love sweet soul💝
Poor woman, i feel so bad for the life she had.. everyone used her except for grant, he really loved her. God rest her soul.
well, she wouldn't have been any happier standing behind a Woolworth counter and eating soup for lunch.
Lol
Exactly
Farrah is just great. So miss her. i have been looking for this movie for so long. Thanks for sharing

I wish I could go back in time and be Barbara's friend.

I love the scene where she says "Back to Tangier back to never, never land in part 2."

from Kenya..we also had a Woolworths in our capital city Nairobi.....we used to enjoy shopping there...
You could find all sorts of stuff and could afford to pay for it, too
Her mother killed herself. Her father was a troll.... she was a five and dime princess without siblings or friends. Sad.
Have always loved her as a actress ..She is so good.....
i've been wanting to see this series for years , i hope you upload the rest of the episodes soon , thank you so much sergey we appreciate it :)
This was a very good movie. I had no idea who Barbara Hutton was when I first saw this. I learned a lot, though.
I do believe that most of us would like to see part two...
Barbara ,it doesn't matter how much you give away , they still won't like you ; I KNOW . ALL of it is never enough
Cheryl Moniz Cheryl please contact me via notifications. I am just learning this and its freaking me out
Cheryl Moniz well.said
Plus u can do too much good for others but they still won't care for u one bit. It's not nice to be nice
Some even hate you if you give them too much.
What a horrid life she had in many ways.
love it... been looking for this
My heart goes out to Barbara Hutton.
LOL do you know how many people starved at this time, get real
She should have helped others. Too self centred. All rich people are.

Fairuza Balk who was in Return to Oz, Gas Food Lodging, and American History X as young Barbara.
I' use to work in a F.W. Woolworth in Boston, Massachusetts,, it was a good company.

Yep. Her life had no purpose. She hung around users. If she had anyone decent in her life she left them behind. She needed to love herself.
