on the cross the central defender must be on the first post, valid proposals but you should enter the perception of the objectives, for example amplitude goal or staggering if of individual technique in a tactical context other objectives pass filtering or leaning eccc, however good

Good examples. However there should be a correction on the second drill. Defensive players shifting should not be doing so in a straight line...one pass would be them all. One guy steps to the ball and support defenders should be behind to prevent getting split

Good jobs I love this, please I and to learn more about football coaching and mostly on how to prevent my opponent from creating havoc in area , more so on how to teach my players to quickly reverting moment of preventing my opponent team from scoring against my team , then my team has to quickly attack my opponent team and score against them. Let me thank you guys for the wonderful jobs are doing here to encourage some of us who don't the opportunity of coming to abroad for more coaching courses due to lack of sponsorship thanks I appreciate and keep it up.

C'est des bon exercices mais les defenseurs de placent mal. Oui, il faut monter sur le porteur mais les autres doivent rester plus bas pour bloquer les angles de passe vers les adversaires dans leur dos en faisant un triangle, d'ou la "pyramide"
