Drop the needle 1 spot to clear up the partial throttle stutter. Also I'd advice you to run the back part of the variator cover, it is an essential part of providing structure to the engine block. You risk cracking like this, trust me.

speedo sensor in the back is slick.
I use the Polini gear covers and yes the blue Shaft seal leaks, I pluck out the brown seal from the stock cover and put it in the Polini, leaks stopped

I like this bike but l like the 50cc outlaw sneak more. I love the speed of this bike. l miss my 42 mph 50 cc. Thumbs up on your bike for sure.

No Wheelies, I need it to ride to work down the road about eight miles. I just recently built my own motorized bicycle with a Samger 100CC engine on it. This bike is my fourth working two stroke bicycle. Most bad ass build yet, I am gonna personalize it and see how far I can push this damn thing. This 100CC bike pulls like a train I love it, needs a better brake and throttle system thats it!! My 78 needs to be finished up a bit. I bought the bike in shitty condition for $600.00. I am thankful I have it, it is just probably taking damn near $600.00 to fix it. I can not wait to ride it. I know the engine runs. Its just a matter of fine tuning that is all. I am also inheriting a 1998 Yamaha Zuma from a buddy of mine. Its a 70CC build. I'm gonna be getting it for free. I also have a e bike for sale. Its a 2023 Serfas e-Dash MINI. Nothing wrong with it other then it being electric powered. I have probably around three miles on it. I am asking for a thousand dollars for it. I hope to sell gas powered bicycles with in a couple of years. I plan to build my build to sell bike after my final prototype. I'm very excited to see how this will go-W

yasuni hits way harder, the leo is a a very mild pipe but still very good

@@MOPBOYZ Why LOL? Have been riding bikes for over 40 years, been a qualified mechanic for 30, have run my own performance workshop for almost 15 years now. Those magnets are 100% heavy enough to throw off wheel balance.

motor is the same but plastics /frame/wheels all a bit different .it’s sort of the same but a different model

Ive done these racing kit conversions for a dealer. In the end the little speed gained isn't worth the value of buying a 2nd scooter for the cost of the kit
if you’re gaining only a little speed you’re not building them right. should easily double top speed and hp with a 70 kit
@@MOPBOYZ stock zuma speed on every one I've been on is 42mph. With a polini 70, 17.5 or 21 mm carb, clutch rollers and springs, kevlar belt, washer off front pulley, throttle destrict, correct ngk,... Everything possible you're lucky to see 52mph. I converted three scooters a day with my assistant. For three years. Id rather have two stock 2stroke used Zuma's so you can look stupid with someone. You are not doing double mph... 84mph! Bs
you’re missing something bro! every 70 polini kit zuma i build is 60mph + easy, gears are huge thing to especially if you’re building bugeye zumas. the stock gears are only gonna spin so much!

the junkyard zuma i built hit 64. all my personal zumas are geared down for bottom end wheelie bikes. i promise if you upgraded you’d be in the 60s no problem dude!

why it rides so bad, I have a yamaha sa 16 on a cpg motoforce 70cc and with a leovinci tt pipe it rides much better, I squeezed 96 on it, the transmission is full
it doesn’t ride bad at all, not sure what you’re talking about . and 96kmh is the exact same speed i hit in this vid LOL . 96kmh is 58mph..
