  • Here is my first scooter build. I purchased this 2002 Yamaha zuma for $600 dollars and immediately started modifying it , it has a stage6 sport pro 70cc kit , s23 Intake ,polini cp 17.5 carburetor ,uni air filter, stage6 sport pro exhaust , pro taper contour handlebars, rox speed pivoting risers, and some other small things for style factor.

      Thanks man ! I wish the Aerox made its way to America , such a cool scooter ! We got shafted on lots of cool scoots, would love to someday manage getting a mbk stunt over here !

    Nice bike i wish i could find one closest thing i could get is the genuine buddy 50 but im happy with that keep it up... Nice navi too!

      @@RetroJunk0 that's a steal...I'm in the middle of nowhere and nobody rides scooters here best I can find are junk china bikes maby Honda ruckus. I already own a china bike but one day I'll get the 2t bike gonna try for this year

      @@cav3man360 I’m in Nashville tn and I had to drive about 3 hours in a uhaul van to pick that one up , sometimes you got to go on an adventure to get cool stuff

      @@RetroJunk0 mines 6hr one way I feel u im in the panhandle of Texas they just not practical for small town with big long stretches of highways...but 6hrs away is dallas and when i lived there a year ago u can find em good condition fair price...yea i would need a uhaul also thats how i got the china bike here from dallas

      @@cav3man360 that’s a haul , I’m not exactly in a scoot friendly neighborhood myself but I’m also only about 40 minutes outside of Nashville so I got abit of city close enough , keep searching man you’ll find a nice scoot eventually!

    I love this I have a 2003 Zuma 50cc without the bore kit have you had any issues since the mods?

      @@wolfhands2508 thanks! mostly tuning the carb just right during ever changing weather conditions and using a pod filter but as far as the durability of the cylinder/exhaust/intake/carb goes everything is still functioning quite well !

    I have a Vento zip r3i turbocam moped it has a malossi big bore 70 CC sport kit has a malossi belt stage 6 variator 80jet and yasuni adriniline racing exhaust

    The integrated indicators… did you find them for sale or did you make them yourself?
    And the seat cover? Any specific size that fits the seat?

      If your referring to the rear I had to make them myself with some amber led marker lights and resistors, and the seat cover is from @thrillseekers they make covers for bugeye and prebug 2 up seats

    what carb trying to get away from auto chock carb know i gotta find different cable for throttle

      Polini cp 17.5 , you do need a different throttle cable , and just keep in mind that your oem throttle will accelerate in both directions meaning if you roll it forward it’ll accelerate if you twist like normal it will accelerate, oem throttle cables worked in a push pull type of way , just keep that in mind when switching
