  • How To STOP HYPERPIGMENTATION On Face | Layering Guide- Hyperpigmentation and PIH for Indian Skin
    Stop pigmentation quickly by layering for the Indian skin. Combining The Ordinary and Paula's Choice products can give you good results in fading hyperpigmentation and acne scars. Such results are rare and I am glad to share how I removed my pigmentation on face at home. I am sharing here my pigmentation removal cream routine. This routine has cleared my melasma pigmentation by almost 95%. After using hydroquinone without success I tried a few other creams as a routine. After some trial and error I can share with complete confidence that this routine will help fade most stubborn melasma. These are some of the best creams for removing melasma and hyperpigmentation.
    All these products are available in India via Amazon. Each of the product lasts for 7 to 8 months so its really affordable after the upfront expense. Especially since each of these creams work together in removing pigmentation from the face, these are worth your money!
    Please use exactly as directed.

      Hi Noopur, this is tricky. Basically for Melasma your leave on product should not have any essential oil and def no fragrance. Any irritation leads to Melasma getting worse. I just make my own moisturiser and I have put up a video on it. its very easy- drop the EO in it. You could also try The Rosehip moisturizer from Suganda- unscented one. Its going to be primarily for hydration- for the melasma to fade do follow the protocol I have shared- that will help you a 100%

    Hllo mam, my mom suffers from melesma over her nose , lower lip and cheeks, pigmentation all over he face as well as uneven skin tone. When melesma started occurring over her face, she had no idea what it was. Only after a year and half did she get to know that it was melesma. But by that time it had spread beyond repair. She also suffers from vitiligo at the same time. So it is difficult to treat both these conditions at the same time as treating one worsens the other.She has visited a bunch of doctors but in vain. I saw that people got rid of melesma using the ordinary products. But these products cost a fortune in India. I would be grateful if you suggest products similar to ordinary whic would fasten her pigmentation healing process. Right now she uses a Screenè 70 SPF 70+++ sun screen, Sesderma Azelac Liposomal serum and Glowderma hydroquinone, tretinoin and fluocinolone acetonide cream. Her skin is also a little sensitive

    • @RubinaSkincare
      @RubinaSkincare  Před 3 lety +1

      Awe sorry to hear Varshini. Its very difficult to treat both vitiligo and melasma at the same time. Its definitely not something I can help you with.
      My suggestion would be to def work with your dermatologist for right products. Keep up the suncreen and use products that are mild and dont irritate the skin at all.
      If you dont want to buy alpha arbutin from the Minimalist there is also alpha arbutin from Rejosal i think. Its a chemist product and available on amazon. alpha arbutin will def help along with vit c. Use the vitc from Detoxie or the pilgrim (oil based which might work if her skin is dry and sensitive which can happen in vitiligo).
      Honestly hope this gives her some relief. But please remember its best to listen to the dermatologist for such a case. hugs and love to your mother.

      Both detoxie and pilgrim are great. if she has dry skin go for pilgrim she can use it in the nigth as a serum. if she has normal skin use detoxie. Both of these have fragrance which is IFRA certified so you dont have to worry but if it bothers you then use vitc from minimalist.

    Hey! I'm hoping you'll reply to me 😭 So basically my face is very much darker than the rest of my body. Even darker when compared to ears and neck so one of the dermatologist has suggested to use cosmelan 2 without the cosmelan 1 mask. Will it help me? Some other dermats have suggested to get treatments like - co2 Laser, Mesotherapy, Prp microneedling done. I'm thinking of starting with Tretinoin first as I'm already using everything that you suggest in your videos except Tretinoin.
