    I love this workout. Just enough to get me in the mood and out of a “rut”. Once I’m done I wanna do more! I work from home and sitting at a desk all day so I need the cardio

    it's very beginner friendly. but for me it was too easy and my heart rate was up only few last minutes. and I'm also pretty much a beginner
