Yeah it will be a learning experience. I have a big pulley for the first initial testing so I'm aiming for low boost at first.
I'm curious how it does (AFR wise) just cruising at hwy speed. With the boosters drilled straight through. Keep us posted love your channel!

Cold start on a carburetor without a choke is a little tricky. E85 is even more tricky, but you get the hang of it after a while.
What jets did they start you out with?
Man, those are some big fuel bowls! You are definitely better off sticking with what you know. Even though fuel injection can be tuned to be very precise and consistent, there is a whole world of things that can go wrong. You are probably even better off financially. I have heard some custom carbs costing $2k+ but you can spend 3 times that much on FI and not be any better off.
I had my 850 Converter it was still 1440 but the bowls are $800 alone.
