You can MagSafe any phone or thin case with the metal magnet rings. I did it to my note 10+! (As long as the phone is qi WC compatible) the new iphone is going USB C, the EU is going to enforce universal port (usbC) because of e-waste. I agree about RCS, it's amazing!!!! Well Android can now react to iMessages (no pics or videos), but messengers get the "👍🏻 liked your message".
I have an S22 FE 5G, I use the edge feature. It has a screen capture the allows me to extract the text or image. It can even be used on a screenshot/image to get the text from there. I know it's a Samsung thing. But I do agree.
Qi 2.0 will be like mag safe essentially. It will have a ring in the same diameter as mag safe. We just have to wait a couple years for it to start coming out in Android phones.
I would reccomend 2 more features, Overlay and "Your Phone" by Microsoft Windows Overlay allow users to display an app on another app, like Facebook Messenger have small chat icon when you're gaimng without switching to messenger screen, on iphone if you switch to another app while you are gaming, it will pause your game internet connection and when you switch back you have to re-run the game or reconnect the game "'Your Phone" app allow users to call, text, and controll user's phone on windows pc via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth(for calling), you may know that Intel Unison have abbility to call and text, but it doesn't have screencast and controll the phone(You can use apps on your phone via your pc but only work on "Your Phone" app)

That way people can't look at the finger smudges on your screen and guess your pin. Also, it would confuse people if they pick up your phone and you have some weird custom lockscreen. Like if you had a lock where you had to click on parts of the image, like your password was "car" "tree" "cat", and it popped with one of 10 random pictures of some cartoon that had a lot of different things on the screen and you had to tap the car then the tree then the cat. The point is anyone could make a custom lockscreen that makes sense to only them. Like you have to double tap the number 4, then drag the 7 to the 2, and then swipe the 8 off the right side of the screen. Even if someone knew the operation, they wouldn't know the numbers if you put the numbers in a random place to start with. Or you could just drag the cartoon smiley face to the number 8, then press and hold down on the "30 mph" sign for 2 seconds and it would unlock. If you wanted to be really tricky make the lock screen look exactly like your text message screen and someone just texted you "Hey, what's up, were you on your way?", but it wasn't a text at all, it was your password prompt and the password was something you would never say in a text, like "bluebello" or "tuxedoh". Since a random person wouldn't know it was the password screen, they might just say something like "Good, omw" or "Yeah 1 min"

An Apple still can't come up with a legitimate "excuse" why they will not implement RCS. They don't realize that the other features of imessage they want to keep exclusive ( and probably the reason they won't accept RCS) can still be only iMessage, like messaging on an iphone and continuing on an iPad, MAC etc... the game pigeon games can stay. All we want is high quality vids/pics and the smaller typing/read/delivered/and reactions between the 2 formats. It is that simple. Like I have said before, Apple with no RCS is hindering and holding back technology where this tech with messaging is WAY behind because of it.

Update 2024 edition :- i) RCS is now going to be an universal standard for messaging (apple is going to adopt it too) ii) MagSafe tech is now available for Qi-2 Wireless Universal Charging Standard (Any phone can have it from now) iii) Google just updated their google lens feature - "Circle to search" anytime on phone (via Samsung S series exclusive partnership). iv). Apple has adopted Type-C for their iphones and thanks to EU, type-C is now a universal standard v) Samsung x Google has partnered to develop a better sharing tool *QuickShare (by merging Samsung's "QuickShare" & Google's "Nearby Share") and it is going to be inbuilt in all androids and (hopefully all windows and TV's too) Well, maybe Santa just blessed this CZcamsr and made most of his wishes possible for world benefit 😂😂... Whatt a youtuber yrrr

I use a third party app to send files from my android to my M1 Max Macbook Pro, it just makes sense for it to be a built in feature for every device.
