The best instructor I have come across. I not only have changed my game a lot due to him but I also try to use his teaching style on my students.

same idea as with escaping the RNC - looking into the opponent's elbow + head position. great move!

Love that defense I now know as the "drag out" defense. No guillotines, front head locks, and now anacondas! Great stuff coach.

at min 2:48 Instead of turning the head to the left side, I often just insert my right hand palm between left carotid and opponent right bicep arm. It creates a frame start from my right hand armpit all the way to the opponent bicep. Pretending that I'm almost choked while waiting until the opponent gets tired since I never have to tap no matter how hard he try.

Excellent. Very comprehensible. I still need to put in a lot more work to get to high level, though.

Does it matter which way you turn your head as long as you can get ear to chest?

confirmed: that shit didn't happen 😂
the takeaway - do the gator roll first, then anaconda or just smesh.
    Thanks Coach!
