    I fully agree with your tips.
    I didn't use electolites...but I drunk a lot of irange juice...or limonade and cafe con leche.
    I do not rush.
    I make films.
    I have learned spanish...very usefull...I have atended the hospitalero training...in spanish.
    On the first Cammno I boyght ...one way ticket. Only in Vilafeanca de Bierzo I bought return one.
    I use trackibg poles. Huge advantage.
    I like small naps...in the forest...or at some bush shadow. Magic.
    I like the silence of churces. Peace.

    How about paq transfer service. Looks like you lightened your pack on a few days. I always use that service. It's inexpensive and allows you to walk a bit further every day.

      Yes! In another one of my videos, I mention Jacotrans. They were so great. I also used Camino Fácil once. Also great. Highly recommend.

      @@jenontherunn great decision. I used Pilbeo on the Primitivo and Portuguese Coastal. The 'Camino purists' are always suspect about these clever options. 🙄

    One of the best cuisines in the world is just bread and things, and in Europe's largest producer of fruits and vegetables it is difficult to find them. My God... Americans...
