You gotta be really sad to use scripts like this in competitive games. Even if YOU don't consider it cheating, giving you an advantage over other players by using external software is something that I consider cheating. If people disagree with me then fair enough, it just means you suck at the game :)
No, it's not even "if" someone considers it cheating or not, this is the textbook definition of cheating. Gaining an unfair advantage over other players through external hardware of software.

i agree with you.
As long as you strafe aim in apex it really doesnt matter anyway, any sort of horizontal movement in apex literally removes the recoil (its how the script works). The only time this helps is on stationary targets.
But you can emulate this exact thing by (like the title says) jitter aiming. If you get good enough with that you wouldnt need a script anyway
This is technically legit, just bought it and flatline actually mimics the jitter aiming. R301 and R99 have almost no recoil. Ranking up fast now. I wiped out three squads in final circle lol 1 mag = 1 enemy. Hopefully they don't report me.
