I wish we could trap them out of season i caught 12 in 3 weeks this past season and 21 in a month the year before already got groups of 2&3 back at the feeders but atleast it aint 6-8 at a time
I know possums are nest raiders on turkeys but they eat ticks and mosquitoes too I wouldn't kill too many possums but raccoons can go all day every day
Jason was that a nylon 22 you knocked them heads with? If so that's a classic!! 1st gun I shot was a nylon 22, sitting in my grandpa's lap 40 plus years ago. Good stuff as always Jason!! Keep'em coming 🤘🤘
Leave the Possums alone. They are very non aggressive, eat tons of ticks and nasty bugs, disease carrying carrion and don’t carry rabies. Very beneficial critters. Now go croak as many trash pandas as you can.
Great stuff Jason. Love the old nylon. 22s Thanks for sharing 👍

Wrap some rabbit wire around the cage to fill in the wholes it shouldn't make it heavy
👍🏻
You might try chicken wire on the trap
👍🏻
Hey Jason here in middle Tn I use gravity feeders on both of my farms
👍🏻
Would it be possible to use metal clad wire cover, over your wire to keep them from chewing it up? I don't know how the ends are.
Possibly
Been a while since I've seen a Nylon 22 ....
