    Fraser calls coincidental minor penalties to Paul Gillis and Mats Naslund after waving off the goal scored by Alain Côté
    The Canadiens would go on to win the game 3-2

    The refs really used to screw Quebec in games vs Montreal. The league didnt want Montreal to lose.

      If that were truly the case Dale Hunter and P. Statsny pushing Rick Walmsley into his net and over the goal line in game 7 OT would not count. The Nords did get screwed in MSG though when Sakic scored while Kovalev laid on the ice 150' away.
