the guy is has been the best for a long time at least. Especially the msi finals vs T1 was really shocking. One of the best bo5 of all time

update from an lpl watcher: bin's jax regularly gets beaten here. and not just by the big guns like theshy or whatever... rookies like xiaoxu will show him up sometimes. the level of competitiveness is through the roof these days.

To add to that story, Bin was a total nutcase in 2020 worlds. With Doinb stating that Bin would blindpick both Jax or Camille as there were no counter picks if he was playing them. Not only that, but he took TP ignite on Camille like a psycho which was not popular on her until recently. Now It was common to run renek against both, being a really hard matchup especially for Camille, yet even still during the group stage, Wunder was outlaned by Bin in the cam Vs ren matchup.
The other counter pick towards Jax was commonly Kennen at the time, but Bin would run Omnistone and still smack Kennen players around. The only one Bin could not solo kill was Nuguri's Kennen, the eventual 2020 world champion 🙏.
Nuguri was a beast that year.
tp ignite camile was played from like 2018 2019 lol. wunder played camile tp ignite 2019 worlds alot. im sure others did too

@@callum5855 i think you are mistaken. in pro play 10000% it was used in 2019 worlds often.

well produced - highlights the strengths of Bwipo so much. He was always a great talker and his knowledge the very best addition. He also got a lot better since he is not playing for a team at that. Miss that guy very much - hope he comes back - one if not my favorite all time player on fnatic and since fnatic is the only team for me - well my favorite player in general. Funny he got recognized for his strange picks by international competition as well. Respect goes both ways as he has shown here from his side once again as well.

Still surprised by that Pawn clip, none of them even tried to take out GP's barrel, i know he was fresh reworked in s5 and this game was shortly after GP debut, but they must have seen him in solo q right? in that clip it feels like none of the IG member knows what the barrel can do
Yeah that's actually kind of weird. They are legit the entire team running around on top of the barrel but just refuse to hit it lol

THE GHOST BARRELS
13:04 Bin auto attacks the barrel for a a Sheen proc on the barrel, so it deals increased damage. He then w flashes and auto attacks syndra with another Sheen proc. What a giga chad
Whats more funny is that BIn does not think his GP play is that great and that he has way better plays in his career. "Why everyone from eu thinks of the same play"
actually that everfrost from faker was an instant reaction he had sweeping lens coming im and the instant he saw a shadow in the brush which was the ward, as he was engaging and chaotic he everfrosted it by instinct.

Would really love to see a really scary GP player like Solarbacca or Tobias even thought he does play it as much now. But man watching a lot of Solarbacca recently and it is scary how good he plays the champ. Questionable ults but overall amazing player. I know is a onetrick and is soloq but it would be so cool to watch this level of domination on the rift with the champ

You can't do the barrel mechanic in Alaska. 100 ping doesn't allow the timing to be correct. To be honest, 100 ping doesn't allow anything to be correct lol

In the pawn play, I remember gp’s barrels cannot be destroyed by the enemy, it was what made it op and a must ban champ
This was never true for Gangplank, since his rework his barrels were always able to defused by the enemies. Riot are stupid at times but they aren't that stupid

right i was expecting it too, man got back to back pentas in one series when he was a super hyped rookie, he got a penta with gp and one with his first ever riven game if I remember correctly

I feel like the bin clip is definitely overhyped. It just feels like he rushed the play, the first barrel could've been placed in fog of war and it would've eliminated the majority of the dmg he took. It could've been a lot cleaner and he would've survived and likely gotten another kill
I have to disagree, Smeb play was way harder to make than Bin's, in terms of timing and mechanics.
