Zucchini roll with curd cheese for the New Year 2022. A wonderful appetizer.
Ingredients:
600 g Zucchini
3 pcs. Eggs
7 tbsp. l. Flour
to taste Salt, Pepper
Filling:
Light salted salmon
200 g Curd cheese
Cooking method:
1. Rinse and peel the zucchini. Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater. Squeeze out excess liquid. Add eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Knead the dough. We spread the dough on parchment and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 °.
2. In a plate, mix chopped salmon and cheese. Distribute the filling evenly over the finished squash pancake.
We spin the roll. We put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
