Lots of retired OLinemen giving JJ the “unstoppable!” props this week
because for a 5 year stretch not only was he unstoppable but he was arguably the best Football player in the league regardless of position.
@@oscarmarroquin4374 not getting MVP tho 😂
@@KingSazzyat this point it should be called mvq
He been done for like 4 years lol
It’s him not getting a ring to finish his career that bums me out tbh. It really proves that some of the best players of all time don’t even make it to the greatest stage.
I don’t know how Trav kept a straight face while Jason was talking about back door penetration 😂
He didn’t at all what do you mean😂
It's almost like they're adults
@@thesoundmajors9858 only boring people actually become adults
@The Sound Majors I bet you're fun at parties
@@sef7447 sdfu your just childish
"When you go in hard to prevent penetration, you open up the backdoor." I'm dying 🤣🤣
Ah football, the straightest gay sport ever
Always gotta hit the gap hard!
I was just thinking that and laughing lol
What do u expect from a tight end? He’s always stiff arming ppl in the end zone.
Teams used to plan the whole game around blocking/avoiding JJ.
He was consistently triple teamed
It's been nice seeing all the JJ stories recently. Really wish he could've made it to a Superbowl, but regardless he had one hell of a career
Yeah he's a certified Hof bro won the defensive player of the year 2 or 3 times and scared the hell outta QBs throughout the years
@@BallinAtLifee DPOTY 3x, only other players to do that are LT and Donald.
@@theartistformerlyknownaswill I knew I was right imagine if he was on a team other than the Texans a majority of his career
@@BallinAtLifeeyeah but we loved to have him here
@@xavierarzate5140 I'm sure people that like the Texans loved JJ but his career could have been better
I would pay to see a pic of a Great White in a JJ Watt Jersey lmaooo
We TRULY are gonna miss the BEAST JJ!!A fantastic athlete and a blessing to Arizona.Wishing he and his family happiness and success as they start this new chapter in their lives🙏🏻🤍
That’s what Roids will do for ya
That says a lot coming from Lane Johnson. One of the best RT's I've ever watched
Man sucks for Jason. He tried to go down hard, then got penetrated in his back door. He'll miss those times with JJ for sure.
🤣
Hahahahahahahaha so good
A lot of Ayy yooo’s in this clip 😂
On god lmao
Conversation sucks
Yea a lil too much backdoor penetration in this one
For kids...
Definitely needed a pause button
"You open up the backdoor yeah" lmfaooooo
Stuck in Arizona really no hope for a Super Bowl. He needs to go home and take care of himself and his family. The man is a gentle BEAST.
He isn't stuck... he made the choice
@@mike9031 he did make the choice, then the cards looked good and fell off rapidly
@@Cop64 they never looked good to me, was a bad career move but a good decision money wise. Career move should have been leaving the Texans after rookie contract
@@mike9031 yeah, also didn’t know going 11 and 6 didn’t look good.
@@Cop64 correct, they imploded at the end, which doesn't look good. The steelers were in the same situation and made the playoffs only to get dicked. Doesn't make them good.
Jj is one of my favorite players of all time and one of the reasons I started watching professional football as a kid. Love seeing him get his respect. If he had perfected what he did safely without injury he might of been the goat. But the trenches are rough out here. And going 100 % all the time you sometimes forget those precautions you have to take. I hope jj has a great retirement. Love to see a respectable leader like him coach a team one day man.
Jj is definitely one of the most underrated defensive players I’ve ever seen, a guy who in his prime could give you 20 sacks every other season
For lane to make that statement means JJ is one of the best ever
I remember the Texans playing KC, and they had like 4 or 5 guys to protect Alex Smith but JJ still got him, Now THAT is VERY Unstoppable. Prime JJ was Godly 💪🏻
Jetting gaps, coming in hard, cutting off penetration and opening back doors. Just a typical Sunday afternoon 😆
Gotta love masculinity!
That's literally what I did to your momma
Lots of talk about penetration and backdoors, call me confused and a little bit horned up
Tremendous explanation of J.J. Thanks Jason Kelce
He had a vaccine injury and now has heart problems. But hands down one of the greatest I got to see play.
After his whole heart condition problems towards the beginning of the season I knew he would. What an awesome player and man in general though.
To me it makes sense especially for him being a new father but didn’t also need to have his heart started again this season
JJ did so much for the Texans. Everyone trashed him until he came and did what he did for the city of Houston. As a native Houstonian I didn’t give half a shit about the Texans until JJ came along. It wasn’t even what he did on the field, it was the things he did off the field that won my support even though I didn’t really care about the team itself. He’s a real one, I respect the hell out of him, and I sincerely wish him all the best in everything he does.
One of the best to ever do it, first ballot HOF for sure.
Bro I can’t imagine…
First play of the game… lining up against JJWatt…
Dominates the first snap…
Realization that you have 60 more minutes of football hell…..
Must be humbling.
JJ was a breed of his own for half his career
I just came from that video of him box jumping 5 feet, Jesus christ that description of a great white circling you was perfect haha
man they put me at left guard in 8th grade i was 5’6 115 lbs but i did pretty decent until a 6’0 200lb dude lined up against me, first play i got pancaked then had the same exact realization you described 😂
Put simply big men shouldn't be able to move like JJ
@@seanheany444 ok
Didn't JJ have a heart issue this season. Dudes got kids man
JJ had an incident where he almost died this year. I think it’s best that he focuses on his health moving forward. I respect his decision to retire
Tua needs to follow suit
Side effects of the jab
Houston legend he deserved a ring so bad he got us so many free tacos
His heart damn near stopped recently.
Good for him for caring about longevity
JJ never gets the respect that he deserves.
That lane Johnson story at the end was great
Definitely one of my top 3 favorite players all time, JJ Watt… definitely a guy who I think deserved to play in Super Bowl.. him and Barry Sanders/ Randy Moss i think deserved a Super Bowl the most
Lol you can see Trav trying to hold it together, I was definitely letting a "pause" fly
Man puts the fear in the o-line that they false start by him just changing hands.
That description was a little sus Jason 🤣
had probably something to do with his heart STOPPING!
Lane with the goat of compliments
JJ watt was the first player who made the 99 jersey look cool to me
The best pass rusher in a decade, if only he could have been traded to a competitive team. Any competitive team at all.
He should have went to the bills instead of the Cardinals and then he wouldn't of maybe got a Super Bowl
Thank you guys. Such an entertaining show!
Damn please say pause everything he saying sounds zesty af lol
I remember hearing this sound byte on a NFL micd up compilation I was dying 😂😂😂 imagine being that great that you make other professional athletes feel literally hopeless trying to do their job
I think it’s a smart move that he retired because he got out while he was healthy but I’m very sad to to see him leave the cardinals hope we move towards a big rebuild this upcoming season
For those who don't fully realize how good he was. He was Micah Parsons before Micah Parsons but at D-Line
JJ had everything, size, speed, quickness, body control you name it JJ had it. At the combine he measured in at 6'5" 3/8in tall @ 290lbs. He ran a 4.84 40 with a 37in. Vertical, he put in 34 Bench Reps(225lbs.). He posted a 6.88sec cone drill. He put up top numbers in every combine category except for the 40 yard dash which let's be real when you are 6"5' 290lbs. you post anything below a 5 big men just shouldn't move that fast. He has long arms and huge hands. In his second season in the NFL he had one of the best seasons for a defender in NFL history, he posted 69 solo tackles(nice), 20.5 sacks, 16 passes deflected, 4 FF, 2 recoveries and was the AFC defensive player of the month for September and December and took home the 2012 DPOY award with 49 out of 50 votes(He would go on to win 2 more DPOY awards both of which he was the unanimous winner). He made the highest debut on the NFL top 100 list coming in at #5. In 2014 He finished second in MVP voting behind Aaron Rodgers. Unblockable? More like Unstoppable
JJ needs to come to Philly. Play his last “last” couple years. He’ll be back to form in this rotation
That got a lil zesty for a second 😂
He's had some gross injuries over the years that he's gonna feel soon enough. Having his kid probably gave him a different perspective. Doesn't want to be some beat down body addicted to pain meds acting as a dad. As a Texans fan, always gonna love JJ and wish him and his family only the best.
People forget how good he really was in his prime
Jj and Brian Cushing made some very entertaining football lol
You’re heart going into A-fib would make you rethink retiring and spending time with your family too.
You guys have the best podcast out there !!! Nobody is even close !!!
Love JJ and TJ
Lane Johnson story has been playing over and over and over on my CZcams for years is on the NFL's top 100 players list
Love these stories, keep ‘em coming!
Lane is a beast himself. Pretty amazing when beasts get beasted.
Prime JJ a monster
Jj really gave it his all. If u had a team of jjs at every position. 49-0 every week. Last week especially. If u didn't watch the game u wouldn't see it. Because it doesn't show up on the stat sheet. He was making o-lineman just look beyond silly. Untrained, novice, not even rookie just I'm the professional and you guys do this for fun. And he stopped so many plays for 1 yard gain or around there. Really sad to see such a talent not wasted but not be put on the display it deserves. Although him wanting to spend time with his baby. I just again turn back to this man is a professional. Excellence at everything he does. Good for him he really has nothing left to prove 3 time dpoy 100 sacks we'll remember his name always.
He did have that medical scare with his heart and he probably gave it some thought and figured family is most important to him
Best NFL podcast
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Lane Johnson statement was a good one
Archer be like: "Phrasing!!!"
I want to personally thank Travis Kelce for being apart of my championship fantasy team🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I would imagine that A fib episode in September has something to do with JJ Watt's decision.
Great story from Jason about Lane
JJ watt's thank you for the memories
There’s a lot of “That’s what she said” opportunities in this clip.
JJ watt going to be resting in the Hall Of Fame when y’all get in their
wow that’s one of the funniest yet most true quotes i’ve heard
Love how Jason always speaking in his native tongue 😂😎
Never open the back door Travis!!!
That Lane Johnson story though ,🤣🤣🤣
As a football guy I understand exactly was Jason is talking about from that perspective and it makes perfect football sense, as a human i can’t stop laughing.
Father time is undefeated
I had to see the comments for this one
As jj being my idol it made me really sad when I heard he was retiriring
Lane Johnson 100% said that in the huddle
travis kelce looks like a straight sam smith
He was our guy. We didn’t deserve him. He was the only reason we made it to the playoffs so many years
The terminology Jason was purposely using is gold🤣🤣
Yooooo Travis trying not to laugh Jason gotta use some different words go down hard penetrate 😂😂
Great white would have been an amazing nickname for jj
The best pass rusher of all time
imagine these 2 play eachother in the super bowl
Naw Jason gotta pause some of these statements 😂
Trav's face hahahahahahahahahaha
It’s not surprising I thought he was done after Houston honestly I didn’t even think he’d play on Arizona
We love that man here in Texas💪🏼
SOME PLAYERS HAVE GIVEN EVERYTHING AT THEIR POSITION TO THE GAME AND ARE WELL-DESERVING OF THAT VINCE LOMBARDI TROPHY 💯HOF NEXT✌🏿❤🇨🇦
Goddamn. That analogy is terrifying!
I wasn't watching the screen and I kept hearing all this innuendo talk? Haha
bro i went to use siri to look at phillys record and she brought up a christmas song sung by another jason kelce😂
That Man Is Dangerous 😳
Father Nelson tells a way different back door story! 😆
This sounds like a whole bunch of pause to me😂😂
JJ to the Eagles, let's go
Legend.
Definitely a hall of famer, wish his career ended on a higher note but what a phenomenal athlete. So dominate during that prime stretch of his career
I mean he still has 9.5 Sacks this season, though he should've gotten a SB. It's a shame the Cardinals couldn't have done better, their playcalling and management has really screwed them.
@@lorddane4147 I meant team success. From Texans to cardinals was a brutal end. Agreed, shame he never got a ring
@@LukeF2323 Yeah. His best chances were 2012, 2018-19 and 2021. But he wasn't able to due to the Team around him. I just hope in these last 2 games we can see vintage JJ Watt.
@@lorddane4147 agreed. Texans are a train wreck and despite having 3 of the best players at their position, in their primes they did everything they could to ruin it
@@LukeF2323 Yeah. 2012 was really their best shot, a good year from Matt Schaub, Insane years out of Andre Johnson, Arian Foster and JJ Watt but they couldn't stop the Patriots despite a good offensive showing. They could've honestly made it to the Superbowl had they beaten the Patriots, because if their previous performance that season vs the Ravens was an indication of anything, they had the tools to break the streaking Ravens(that started 5-1 before heading into Houston and proceeding to be beaten 43-13). If the Cardinals had maintained their first half form Watt could've been in the SB in 2021 but they didn't and they proceeded to fall in the Wild Card. The 2014 Texans had they made the Playoffs, would've been a force. Of their 7 losses, 5 were by 1 score and could've gone either way, Hopkins was emerging, Ryan Fitzpatrick was decent, Andre Johnson was good, Arian Foster had a good season and Watt was unstoppable, but they weren't clutch enough. Sadly, He really never had a shot at the SB and the closest he got was that 2012 Season.
Damn, Travis felt that.
But what do u expect from a tight end? He’s always stiff arming ppl in the end zone.
It's not that surprising if you pay attention. It's more so shocking in the sense that we never wanted it to end but not surprising
