I really appreciate the encouragement at the end of the video - I’ve been making only 1oz from each boob and has been a bit worried about my supply for my growing baby. Will still pump consistently and hopefully it’ll pick up!!

I am exclusively pumping because of latching issues. I am an undersupplier and make 100-140 ml per session. I pump 5 times a day including the night. I just don’t know how to increase another 2-3 sessions so that I don’t have to use formula. I use Spectra s1 with Cara cups. I am thinking of getting Elvie Stride Plus as I am returning to work but will continue to have S1 as my primary

To increase supply you need to pump at least 8 times a day. Removal of milk tells your body to make more
