Byron's energy is off the charts every skit. Love him.
Agreed. Gold dealer was the best imo
I'm sure I've seen him somewhere. In a movie, series or somewhere can't remember, but definitely in a villainous role.
@@ericbana191 iirc he's in one episode of wellington paranormal
@@shabeerdas really?
His an actual actor . He acted in one of the American movies
That "you just gotta let him play it out" was so perfect. Both being dismissive and implying that he already did that several other times is just great.
And that tululu tulululu. This was just too good overall 😂
"I can see your lips moving............. That's better."
Whenever Byron's around, Rowan seem to always be a normal manager lmao
Because there is crazier person than him in the room.
Noticed that too!
He Is "normal -ish" (normal Is just an Illusion) whenever there "should" be spot light at someone else... I really enjoy Their style of doing things
@@JanaSzIsBasicGlitch It's like the really early episodes where it was him and Alan dealing with other people together. But in a group setting, he's got to be the domineering arsehole.
Maybe when Byron's doing his thing, he sees a winning side and goes with "we're better than him" over "I'm better than you." Or with the spotlight safely elsewhere he's just distracted from how much he hates himself.
@@InvisiblerApple First of all, I meant the "normal - ish" in good way, sorry you took it the wrong way. Second of all please don't tell me that, even if they are only characters they created I still kinda get sad and angry (not in they are weak way, more in I wish they would see that they are not that bad/stronger than the world is telling them) over them... Hating themselves or other stuff, I bet he deep down just want to be called asshole, to be in his safe space because it is easier, than trying not to be what you really are, because first of all you don't really know, second of all you are afraid that you are really what they are telling you. (Sorry I did exams passed but I. Am still nervous and... I write a lot ... "Philosophicaly" When I am stressed)I know I should be more assholish, make fun of you... Or Byron or something I can. But I have my own reasons. Anyways, have a good day. And frankly sorry for rant I don't know if it will make sence owerall, wish you luck, wish Byron luck wish Rowan luck wish everyone luck. Bye I guess?
This is EASILY one of the best Playtech skits.
Ellie's facial expressions
Alan's annoyance
Rowan acting like a normal human
And Byron's fucking chaotic craziness
and Adam's being Adam
Rowan acting like a boss honestly. He crossed his arms, his apathetic response and chills Alan down to let it play out. Such a badass, that's why Rowan rulez these low socioeconomic peasants
And Adam's fear of being forced to take the blame even when he didn't do it
Ellie almost laughed at 3:44
She’s ain’t really a good actress.
@@thefallenknight2354 serious? Barely noticeable. For every sketch there are tens of bloopers of everyone losing their composure.
I love Rowan's disinterested "We just gotta let him play out."
That’s why he is the manager!
So unlike Rowan. Although maybe he recognized a fellow crazy?
I am inevitable, lol.
Byron is the only one rowan cant control. He's a delivery manager. A fellow black shirt.
Sometimes it's just faster, and easir to just let it play out.
Ben at the same time in the shop lobby, “OUTRAGEOUS!! Nobody’s here serving me!!”

I love how distracted he is when he says “ we do heaps of deliveries, they’re amazing, come and get it” just fantastic
That’s literally how I talk when I’m distracted. Masterful writing
Whatever acting school you guys attend, needs a huge shout out for getting you guys to this level of professionalism! Just awesome.
I wouldn`t be suprised if they never attended acting school or at least not every one of them.
Best part was when Alan tried to leave... and Byron got "serious".
Truth be told I was expecting Rowan to be the culprit all the way, because he has a history eating employee food. But no
Great job as always, top acting from Byron again.
I thought Rowan too, but when he calmly said just let it play out, I figured it got thrown away
Rowan probably learned his lesson
The best parts are Ellie's legs.
Me too
He has a gift for switching between emotions 😆 First all playful, and suddenly he can be crying or frighteningly angry 😆
Let's be honest: We ALL expected Rowan to have eaten his lunch. Yet they threw us for a loop with that ending. Great job VLDL!
I thought "it was rowan... or ellie. It was ellie"
Honestly I thought Ben was gonna step out saying it was him
nah you know when rowan is guilty, he looks innocent here.
Guilty as charged!
@@BuscoAlmas yeah Rowan would either take authority as manager and say he can eat whatever he wants or he’d get visibly scared of Byron
I had a co-worker who was getting his lunch stolen every few days. He always had it in a bag with his name on it, so whoever took it knew they were stealing his lunch. He solved the problem by making some "chocolate" pudding out of ex-lax and bringing it to work each day. Then when it was stolen again, he just waited to see who was spending the afternoon in the bathroom and reported them to his manager.
He should have just put rat poison
@@vincentlee7359 Brilliant idea! Why stop there? Might as well bring a cake with a bomb in it. Real quick though could you sort of walk me through your plan for dealing with a dead body, and the police presence that comes with it?

I laughed the hardest at how shaken Adam was when the drawer was slammed because it was so on point for his character. Little details like that are the funniest shit to me.
I liked Adam at 1:16 better, but yes.
"Yeah we do heaps of deliveries"
"Come and grab it"
Most underrated line.
Was gonna comment the same thing lol
Lol i missed this one
The Byron character is just gold. He's saintly and devilish all at once.
We need a smattering of more Byron in more sketches!
When someone stole my food at work, I just laughed when I heard the shouting start. I enjoy habeneros regularly, and blend them and a few other spices into a lovely sandwich spread I eat several times a week.
I'm convinced this guy never knows he's being filmed. They just stick a camera in front of him and hit record.
I love how out of everyone in the store, Rowan knows Byron the best. "Just let it play out" was spot on lol
@A1VIEW *Alan enters with white shirt
You just have got to let him play it out.
They all do that. Especially to Rowen. Like some of these videos are just so meta but you hardly notice it cause it's always an original skit
are you questioning Rowan's competence as a manager?
Yet he forgot his birthday 😂
This never would have happened if he just left the lunch on his lanyard. Just imagine if Byron ever gets the “white shirt”. That would be epic! Great video as always!!
omg... in the background of another video, start adding easter eggs, in a totally unrelated sketch, just have Byron walk by with his lunch on a lanyard... rofl!
Who? I have never seen this man in my life
He could have easily attached a cooler.
It is even better: he stated in the last episode that salad is fingerfood that keeps you slim. While in this episode he states, that salad „isn‘t fingerfood“. :-D
He did have his lunch on a lanyard in the past... what changed I wonder🤔
How is every single one of these actors have a unique characteristic or a charisma that makes them so unique that makes u fall in love with all of them, not just one favourite actor among them, but love them all?!!!
true yes yes same here 100 %
It is funny how Ellie ate his salad, didn't like it enough to eat much of it, spit in the bowl to assert dominance, and then decided to throw it in the bin so she could gaslight him if confronted. I mean how else would there be salad dressing on the fridge door and how would she know it was in the bin? Most people don't put salad dressing on their salad until right before they eat it because it gets all soggy and fridge condensation gives it a weird texture.
Highly suspicious.
4d chess here
Love Rowan saying "you just have to let him play it out". They've done this song and dance before.
Ah, gotta love the guy
Gotta admit I love the energy that Byron exudes!
Always love his little singing
He reminds me of counselor of Jarl Haraldson from "Vikings" but Byron is younger
I love how Byron does things, it feel's like he's always efficient in any move.
Ellie’s facial expressions just says everything you need to know about working in retail. Incredible.
Byron still taking things to the rubbish
Good to see he hasn't dropped his work ethic
At least a lunch is not as expensive as... well, a PC or something that he thrown up in the past
@@choi-r7108 yeah, maybe like 6 years worth of electronics😅
"Do we have a warehouse phone?"
"Nope."
It's so rare for me to like Rowan in a scene, but that was golden. Also:
"Shush!"
Byron suddenly became my favorite vldl character. I've never laughed so hard in my whole life after seeing a skit about misunderstanding your job description - delivery after that phenomenonal performance of Byron it became my favorite skit, so vldl please make your original playlist that compiles every skit that Byron is in.
This brings up bad memories. When i was an intern we always had huge amounts of food left over from meetings and work parties that nobody cared about anymore (they prefered to always order fresh), and it was my job to throw it out. It was huge amounts. So I started eating those leftovers for lunch. One day there was a huge commotion. A coworker screamed at the top of his lungs that somebody ate his lunch. It LITERALLY became the talk of the day, pretty much everybody got involved, they wanted to look at the security footage even. Of course it was me that accidentaly ate it. He left his lunch in the fridge, without anything to indicate that it was his. Now I was young and extremely scared then, so I didn't say anything. How could I, when literally 30 people were looking frantically for the culprit like bloodhounds, and the guy looked like he would strangle me? Luckily they never found out about it because there was no security camera in the kitchen. Well, i stopped eating the leftovers and just threw them out from that day on. I was glad when I left the place.
this dude is such a good actor, the way he suddenly changes to panic and his voice quivers.
He even had a thin sheen of sweat! It was amazing to see.
I lol'd
As far as I know Byron is one of the few professional actors from vldl, the others like Rowan have done a few commercials here and there but Byron has been in quite a few films like shadow in the cloud and guns Akimbo as well as multiple TV appearances like power rangers and netflix Cowboy bebop.
When Byron and Hamish are in the skits you know that shit is gonna be hilarious

AMAZING job Byron. You pulled that all off beautifully. Best part about it, is it's easily something so many people do all the time lol. Honestly Adam was who I was expecting to have stolen it, since he was nervous and fidgety like crazy lol.
One thing most people don’t realize is how hard to act when he said Ellie, Ellie, Ellie while gradually change his expression from confidence to doubt. That is a professional pull.
It's great to see how everyone except Rowan had a little jump scare when Byron started screaming. He is the manager after all.
thing is though rowan and alan joined playtech at the same time and byron started way before that. so the fact rowan has a sences of byrons history that alan doesnt proves hes rodney

Byron is an absolute beast with his acting skills. Love every single sketch he is part of

I’m glad to see Byron appearing more frequently in videos, he’s an amazing actor
This one's got some 'Byron finds out what a delivery man really does' vibes 😁 When the camera made a closeup as he repeated 'Ellie' over and over, while realizing he had thrown his salad away... OMG I just bursted 😂😂😂 Byron's subtle suffering faces are just the best 🤩
"Just gotta let him play it out."
Rowan knows what's up. XD
Every time Byron appears in a skit, I prepare myself for the wave of depression that inevitably hits.
Why?
@@JamesWSleight because it's always his fault one way or another
@@Fifth_Entertainment Ohh that hahaha. But yeah, it's like the recurrent joke.
Also when he gets burned or killed or forgotten. It sometimes feels like that's his paper just because he's shorter in height compared to the rest of the cast. But he does deliver pretty good acting. 😁
same with Hamish most the time
Same! I always feel so sorry for the poor guy. 🤣
Byron’s movement in this skit at the beginning and the packaging skit is weirdly satisfying
Byron’s acting is OUTstanding! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ben walked in pretending to be an employee, goes into the kitchen sees the salad and as the carnivore he is threw it into the bin. Having done a good deed for the day he walks out none the wiser.
A most daring gambit: since he got prolonged incarceration in the teaspoon-droppers room for his first offence, imagine what would have happened had he been caught this time?
I was expecting Ben to walk in as well. Lol
I was actually expecting it to be Ben tbh
The perfect heist
I was 100% suspecting Ben
if he had the food on his lanyard like usual, it wouldn't have happened

Hahaha I love when all five Playtech employees are on.
Wait Ben is still in the bathroom right. Doing his own business.
@@anonymousstill9276 He perhaps becomes A billionaire by now.
He is still inside the teaspoon dropping board.
How could you forget about Rodney?
And what about Janitor?!
Byron is hilarious yet frightening individual and the more videos with him losing his sh*t, the better!
I'm loving the increased presence of Byron.
And I can relate as I've totally sent out messages asking who stole my lunch only to be texted back later that they found it when they were throwing away their trash.
Byron, Hats off mate... Your dedication to this skit impeccable 💜️
At my work, we had a lunch thief who had struck for months. Repeated complaints to the bosses got zero action. One day, the boss had brought a special lunch to work and it was taken. We got a full court press of cameras in the lunchroom, and a complete investigation immediately. Never did find out who it was, as the cameras must have scared him off. (But I know it was you Tony... I know it was you!)
You just bake a few chocolate cookies with chocolate exlax chunks instead of real chocolate, let the lunch their eat it, and then suffer the consequences of eating a box of laxatives. ❤
Theif not their. 😂
I had a women at my work that kept stealing lunches.
sandwiches+peanut paste mixed with dog/cat bite deterrent.
She actually came to have a go at me after coughing/gagging, demanding what I poisoned her with.
I gave her the biggest shit eating grin and said "Its non toxic so dont worry, its just Dog Corrector spray, its for correcting behaviour of DOGS that bite things that don't belong to them."

He should be on here more, every bored skit with him in it is pure gold, love Byron
One of my favorite Skits with Byron. That was great. I am surprised Rowan took to being summoned so well.
I used to work somewhere where there were regular lunch thieves. The area was under camera surveillance, but due to stupid rules by 3rd party security, security was not permitted to show any videos unless there was police involvement.
So I decided to change tactics. I would put excessive laxatives into my meals, then for lunch, leave and go for carryout. Never had my lunch stolen again.
I would simply put pure acid in there so they would die. Never had my lunch stolen again either.
did u ever try ricin? It's effective, or if u want instant result why not put viagra?
@@XoIoRouge Death/murder is not worth a lunch.
@@theneet9528 Never heard of ricen. As far as viagra, it still requires stimuli, so wouldn't be as effective as you might think. Also doesn't work of the third is a woman.
@@SilencerNate Not my fault he stole my lunch. I intake that poison on a regular day so I need it for my body to work. It's just like your claim for laxatives. Same thing, different result, no repercussions, except in my case, a thief is gone.

"We don't have a warehouse phone"

The writing for these videos never fails to impress me. I hold it on par with old Monty Python, Black Adder, Fry and Laurie, Faulty Towers, and of course up there with my favorite author Sir Terry Pratchett (GNU, RIP)
This comment is a bit much.. yeah I think these guys are funny and decent writers.. But come on... The specific gag you're talking about is borderline cliché at this point.. There's really nothing groundbreaking here, it's just good foundational humor executed well.
@@Jabberwocky818 At this point in history there is no entirely new comedy. It's just like the 7 original storylines. Everything beyond is the same at the heart, but it's how well you write, direct, film, produce; and perform something that gives it its own life.

Honestly, I think it’s more amazing that he called a meeting and Rowan actually let it happen during work hours and not make him go through “HR”. I expect to see something about him losing his money for food from the lunch truck or so lol
