Ingredients:
puff pastry: 700 g (25 oz)
zucchini: 1 pc
parmesan: 100 g (3.5 oz)
smoked bacon: 200 g (7.1 oz)

Your videos have great recipes... only two things I feel you need to correct. The music is a sleeper. The videos could be sped up a bit by cutting out all the grating and chopping in them.
I say this in the kindest of ways..

Looks delicious but you don't have to show grating the whole zuchinni and parm...too slow.
Zucchini grated, squeeze out moisture, parmesan cheese 100 gr grated. Add together. Spread evenly on pastry add sliced uncooked smoked bacon put other pastry sheet on top. Cut into strips acrossways. Use a skewer to mark a centreline down each one, twist, oven 180. 25 min. Chop onion, dice, fry til translucent golden, cooked well, 100sour cream 7g garlic lemon juice green scallions,dice, add together, salt pepper - dip pastry strips in.

That looks so delicious and I am definitely going to make this. One exception is I will be using Pocatello romano cheese instead of parmigiano reggiano. I never cared for it even though it's considered the King of cheeses. I grew up on Locatelli. No matter the recipe looks awesome. Thank you for sharing.

Contrary to all the whiners here, I actually loved your soft way of showng details. It's like watching a nice french movie. It breaks the fast paced life rythm and gives a zen experience. Those who are complaining that it's disrespectful to their time are actually being disrespectful to the author who is sharing a nice recipe for free. The people are so full of themselves these days.

You people seem to NOT realize she gets paid for her views and subscribers so her videos have to meet YOU TUBES rules. Length of video and the music also can’t be certain things because it’s infringement and she would have to add a clause that she doesn’t own the rights to the music.
I find the whole thing relaxing actually. If you watch the Chinese lady who says YUMMM LIKEE after her videos that are very very similar to this one. No talking. So slow down and relax or slide your finger across the slider and skip over parts you don’t want to see… or don’t watch at all. It’s HER video 🙆🏻♀️💁🏻♀️

That is a very large slice of puff pastry. I could never find it anywhere. Not even online. The largest one I found was 1/3 the size. But I do like when amounts are given in metric. I've seen recipes that call for a head of cabbage. I often see cabbages the size of a grapefruit or the size of a basketball. That's annoying. So I made them but had to cook for almost an hour at 355 degrees. The dip was awesome according to my family. I'm vegetarian. They said it tasted like authentic French onion dip that was made from scratch and not an envelope of powered mix.

I agree. Poor knife control with index finger on top of knife and the way the onion and scallions were held while cutting had me anticipating a finger slice. Proper knife grip and skills would improve safety.

You don't squeeze out the water from zucchini on top of the rest of it...and then squeeze that part out. Just put in colander to drain.

Just cut the crap! You either make that thick puff pastry, or its a commercial product. Premade store bought puff pastry is super thin. It would take 3 sheets to make up to your one. So how aboutyou start being honest and either give the name of the product your usng in your video or show yourself making it. People waist money trying to mimic you and will most likely fail. Shameful
