    1. I am a bad person (you don't want to hurt someone)
    2. I am too much or a burden.
    3. I am always doing something wrong.
    4. I always hurt others.
    5. I will mess up sooner or later.
    6. I will disappoint
    7. I can't trust myself
    8. I don't get relationships
    9. I have to be perfect not to be abandoned.
    10. I have to meet every expectation.

    Can you talk about why fearful avodiant don't really like to give or receive Physical touch

      That's not accurate...FA love languages are physical touch and quality time in the first positions but then depend on each individual.
      My FA ex has physical touch as first and with him I was the same, while usually I don't like it so much, I don't like it from other people (even from close friends) and in romantic relationships I get irritated really soon, but with my FA ex was completely different

    I wanted to know if there are men out here with this attachment style. I dont feel like i can talk to guys about this or that they would get me. Grew up with alot of violence around home, alcoholic dad and was sort of looking after mom. Im soo lost in life, and its hard with this whole healing process as its tough to get empathetic support as a man from friends and family. Its always like be strong, forget the past etc. i just feel im stuck in the past.

      Yeah I'm a man with this attachment style! I've also found it hard to find people to talk to with this type, definitely gets lonely.

    I only experienced betrayal. Latest relationship, she left me when i got sick and needed help. I no longer am open for love.
