7 sounds high? Like could be my pain scale is different than most bc I've experienced painful surgery and injury as well as chronic pain
I get where you are coming from. Suggest you calibrate for 7 out of 10 as in what you figured a 10 before the event that topped up your scale

I have a number of Cervical Instabilities (CI) as defined by Dr. Hauser on Caring Medical. These pressure points did serve to help to alleviate some of the pressures and pain after being released. What needs to be addressed is What is Causing The Pains. CI are to blame bc it affects the Vagus Nerve. The Vagus Nerve is the 10th Cranial Nerve from the Brain Stem leading to all the vital organs and sending the signals back to the Brain / Central Nervous System.

Oh my gosh so true of MFR cuz they do craniosacral in that too. Basically the same thing, i got rid of serious concussion trauma with MFR. literally couldn’t remember things and it was so healing my memory is back.

I've been using that "heart pressure point" to stop the sneezing. I just found it by coincidence many years ago. There are some nerves between the nose and upper lip that will stop the need for sneezing when you urgently need to sneeze.
