Reconnect to your body
To reconnect to your body, you have to be able to deepen your ability to feel your body in all positions and activities. When I do my training every day with 60 movements done in 60 minutes, this allows me to practice staying connected to my body in different situations by staying as calm and relaxed as I can as I perform each movement.
Get in the best shape of your life

The Reason Why Your Body Hurt
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 14KPƙed 2 měsĂci
Many people believe that they get injured because they did a wrong movement or they weren't warmed up. Wow, this could happen, the primary causation is coming from a lack of recovery. Our bodies get used every day, and if we don't properly recover, then, the next day, our body is more prone to injury. And if the following day, we don't fully recover, then our body increases probability to get i...
Tense Only What Is Needed
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 6KPƙed 2 měsĂci
Make sure your workouts is not contributing towards more tightness and tension in your body. Traditional ways of doing strength training, increases tension in your body, which restricts, energy and blood flow. Even though you are benefiting from becoming stronger, you decrease in circulation and range of motion. In my opinion, it is not worth the sacrifice . You must learn how to strengthen you...
Imagine If You Do This Everyday
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 17KPƙed 2 měsĂci
What would happen to you if you massage your body every day? If you did strength training for your body every day?. How are your muscles? Feel if you stretch them every single day? Imagine if you did breathing exercises every day to increase your lung capacity and your ability to breathe easier? Imagine if you meditated every single day? How would your mind be? The fact is if you did these thin...
Why Do Same Workout Everyday?
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 9KPƙed 2 měsĂci
The reason why I do the same work out every day is because allows me to be consistent because I don’t have to make decisions on what to do and the most important thing is I am sure that I get everything that I need by including it all in this one daily practice. I used to have to choose between strength training or stretching, or meditation. And every time when I choose one thing, I miss out on...

How To Do Heart Opener

Heart openers is a great movement for releasing tension in the chest area, shoulder, upper back along with moving energy throughout the entire body. Tip: stay as calm and relax and feel your body when you were doing this. If you feel any discomfort or pain, either slow it down, limit your range of motion, or stop it all together. Stay as relaxed as you can, and tense only what is needed .

In cold climates this might be something worth thinking about before you give the floor a go, the coldness from the floor could agrivate reumatism and cold conditions.

When i was kid i would often not sleep in my bed and move my tv off the stand in my bedroom and sleep on the floor. My mom tjought i was insane whyvwould i not sleep on the floor. As an avid athlete as a kid it actually felt so much better for my body sleeping on the floor. I mean all we have to do is look at our animals and to us humans before we began inventing these things...we slept on the ground as humans connected to the earth. Most animals also sleep onbthe ground even our pets but we are the ones that have invested beds for them as humans. We only also have to look at the barefoot shoe movement how many of today's shoes have messed up our natural foot shape men and women but esp from women's shoes...and whether sneakers or high heels they bunch up the toes. Great video....and well agreed

Great video. Same for me the 1st time I slept on a 2-3" exercise pad, it was painful & now I know why. Now it's not painful at all & I believe you in that my body was self massaging or acupressuring areas that touched the ground. Feels great to not be sleeping on a squishy bed.
