Lounge really good, big tip from my side though would be to get your swimming stuff packed in your carry on as there’s a pool available for a fee which would be pretty awesome on a layover. As for the water feature, that’s the Jewel at Changi but sadly that’s not on the air side of the airport so I don’t think you’ll be able to access that. I posted a quick video of that last week also :)
Great flight review. The renovated SilverKris lounge looks like a huge improvement on the old lounge. Great to have views out over the tarmac now. Nice to see a great offering of dessert meals too. Do they have book the cook back? As a wannabe flight reviewer, I'm looking forward to checking out a few more of your flight reviews.
Thanks! The lounges were for sure looking really smart. Did look as though more work was on going so perhaps more to come on that front. As for the book the cook, I believe that was offered pre departure. The catering I must say was excellent

This seat you’re on is only SQ’s regional business class seat so its only deployed on routes less than 7/8 hours from Singapore. So technically speaking this isn’t their “best” seat, the long haul seats are the ones on their A350 (long haul configuration), B777, and the A380!
It’s a great point and something I’ve come to realise since. When this was rolled out, I had the I impression it was their new standard. So odd to have a ‘regional’ product on what are fairly long overnight flights. Coming from a OWA perspective, long haul is long haul and anything above a babybus gets the full treatment even on 1 hr flights DXB - DOH for example. Either way, a great product and would love to try the 777 or A380 soon ✈️
We'll be flying into Changi in November on the way to Perth (from SanFran) on a Singapore Airlines A350-900 but it'll have the diagonal business seating with the small cubby-hole for your feet instead of the larger one you got to experience. I'd much rather have the seat that you flew in! Great video!

Heya Darren, no communicated dress standards. Most travellers were dressed fairly smart. My advice, go smart casual and have comfortable clothes to change into onboard to guarantee a comfortable flight ✈️ Have an amazing flight!

Just clear immigration to check it out. It's SIN so everything would be seamless and you would have time for it.
