If only she can don't fill all the gravy to the brim. Topped generously with condiments... I cannot imagine when I dig my spoon in to mix it about its going to make a mess on the tray or table.
The previous lotong at the former margaret drive food centre run by a chinese lady is much better and cheaper.Unfortunately she quit after the food centre was demolished because she said it was silly to work and pay high rental.
The deep fried ball should be potatoe cutlet or we call perkedel

Food looks good. With such good business, hawker shd use a suitable boil for blanching yellow noodles. Instead, she uses a rice cooker pot over direct fire to cook yellow noodles, the chemical substance released from rice pot coating will cause cancer. Ignorance is no bliss. Hope this hawker can be considerate towards her loyal customers while earning big bucks.
