Why would someone buy this so expensive to live in NYC and you know you are rich you won't be living in Same location when you are rich... you def gonna travel for sure. so why would someone buy this expensive apartment? So why these are so expensive ? A lot of new building are construction now and these type of lux apartment aren't worth it anymore. sooner or later these price will go down.
San Min I have a subscription service with inspirato that allows me to stay at a different luxury property 365 a year... this is nice but after a few month I can see it getting old and save yourself million to invest and enjoy a much better life. This is a nice coffin ⚰️
