And by “conflicted”, Trump references the Judge’s daughter being “on the wrong team” and thereby conflicting the judge. Donald always finds a way to speak his tiny mind.
Of course Trump can testify, and he knows that. What I think is actually happening is Trump by saying "I'm not allowed" is lowkey trying to leverage the judge to remove his gag order in exchange for him testifying. There's also another layer to this. The "victims" and others who are implicated can respond to whatever he says on the stand afterwards through social media but he can't contest any of it which puts him at a disadvantage. I believe that's another reason why he brought up the gag order as a hindrance. And I agree.
