    Zinc is an essential element required for human health, being utilized for nearly 100 different enzymes for a wide variety of functions, including developmental, reproductive and immune system functioning. Zinc deficiency can occur through several mechanisms, including reduced dietary intake, reduced absorption, increased utilization and increased losses. In this lesson, we discuss the signs and symptoms of zinc deficiency including those affecting the immune system, dermatologic system, gastrointestinal system and reproductive system.

    I get about 20mg zinc daily, I think my tinnitus is mainly from earplug type earphones (forcing air waves can't be good) and I slept with white noise maybe that prevented my ears from resetting. I believe it is getting a bit better already.

    Just a side note! Zinc and Vitamin A work alongside each other. Vitamin A works alongside Vitamin E. Vitamin E is synergistic to selenium.
    Just a few more pieces to the puzzle. 🙏
    In all honesty however, we are all becoming further deficient in ALL nutrients. So taking barley/wheatgrass daily in therapeutic amounts from a quality source will help, along with a balanced diet. That gets thrown around alot that but it just means, eat meat and it's fat! (organ meats also! Eat chicken liver pate if you can stomach a liver on your plate), quality fish, plenty of fruits and vegetables with red/orange pigments, organic milk/honey and eat organic bread. Use olive oil liberally also. Dark chocolate is also a must. 💯🥳
    That is a complete diet. Along with quality spring water.
    If you suspect a zinc deficiency, don't just take zinc. Take it's friend's to help it along or get it in your diet (above) when supplementing. 🙏

    What can we do you help or clear up cataracts naturally and stop tooth decay or toothaches naturally?

    • @Unsensitive
      @Unsensitive Před 2 lety +2

      For tooth and bone health you need
      • Calcium (vit D helps absorb calcium)
      • Vitamin A
      • Protein
      • Vitamin K2
      In the western world, most have all of these, except Vit K2
      Vit K2 activates osteocalcin, putting the calcium in your bones & teeth, and is what most are missing.
      Cataracts... I'm not familiar with the research, But I could speculate.
      Linoleic acid is know to oxidize easily, and gets incorporated into cellembranes and fat cells. UV is also known to increase cataracts. When exposed to UV, PUFA is it's more likely to oxidize, so having less in your diet would reduce cataract risk.. of particular note is Linoleic acid and it's oxidized metabolites. Course not sure it can heal once damaged.
      9 and 13 HODE, oxidized Linoleic Acid Metabolite(OXLAM's), has been found elevated in the plasma of Patients with cataracts.. which would be expected with increased omega-6 intake, likely from seed oils.
      Short term maybe increase oleic acid, which has been shown to reduce transport of Linoleic acid via LDL. Short and long term, try reducing linoleic acid.
      But that's my best speculation on cataracts.. Not an expert, but experts say lowering it will reduce macular degeneration at least.

      Tooth pain use one drop oil of oregano under tongue. Swish when you have enough saliva built up like in a minute. Swallow or spit out, use at first sign of pain especially after brushing teeth at night. Swallow a drink of water if it starts to burn. It's nasty but I use it and it works!
      Cataracts see Dr. Berg videos about B 1, benfotiamine and others. Give up sugar and carbs, no snacking it raises insulin, no junk food, he has several lists and short videos. Our diets are short of B1 causing many symptoms associated with nerves including the nerves connected to the eyes. Above list steals our B1!

    • @JodBronson
      @JodBronson Před rokem +2

      You always start with the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). Zinc is a Mineral and YES it will be stored in your body so do not go over the RDA. However, if you are Zinc Deficiency and have Mal-Absorbtions, you can go over 120% RDA but that is the most from my understanding of it. Also, it must be Liquid Zinc for better absorption. If you are Zinc Deficiency, don't even bother with the pill form, you are wasting it or money.
      *COPY:* RDA: The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for adults 19+ years is 11 mg a day for men and 8 mg for women. Pregnancy and lactation require slightly more at 11 mg and 12 mg, respectively.

    My own hair density was very less as compared to previous year due to smoothening. To regain back my hair I started using coccoonion anti hair fall set by littleeextra and it worked in boosting hair density and growth. I would suggest if you apply it then always wash your hair by diluting shampoo with a little water before applying as it performs much better in that way. Also when you apply oil then warm it a bit and then apply. Apply it a minimum of once or twice a week. Use wooden neem comb while combing your hair and use silicon scalp massager while hair cleansing to get remove sebum and dirt etc and it gives even better result.

      Yes. Continue education via homeschool or online, plenty of curriculum and services available, some are even free. Add the studies of the chakra system meditation and breath work, vocalization for the authentic self, chi/prana subtle energies, for true mastery and find the right path. Well there's a will there is a way! If someone is over the top passionate about something, especially if they have been for years, they should follow their dreams with the mindset and belief it will happen and stop at nothing - rather than end up like the rest of us whom "obeyed the rules". Which means caving under the pressure of others opinions and complying with society's acceptable standards of "approved behavior" or "being responsible" out of fear of judgement, fear of being a disappointment to or not accepted by loved ones, fear of no support, thus fear of failure and hearing "I told you so" - all of which stem from not being strong enough in one's own accord, causing the need to seek approval and be validated by others in some way in order to feel accepted and maintain a sense of belonging, value and worth. Which is ALL institutionalized indoctrinated BS!

    Anxiety is a psychological symptom and not a psychiatric one
