I didn't grow up in the 90s nor am I an enthusiast of 90s stuff to the extent most people are, but Fila is a brand that is so underated it's crazy, I own a pare of the grant hill 2s and I absolutely love them, and everyone I've met when wearing them has made a comment on how nice they are
Grant hill to fila is what iverson is to reebok and jordan is to nike...these even sold out more than jordan 11s at the time of their original release too 🔥🔥🔥

I'm 42,old AF. I had them but they didn't have that velcro shit in the back and the blue lining wasn't metallic. And yes,I bought them at Footlocker. IDK, maybe my memory is slipping, but I don't remember the velcro.

I have a pair of 2013 retro and a pair of 2018 retro, they are totally not the same thing, they put cushion in the 2013 retro, but nothing in the 2018 retro, the 2A on the outsole is just a plastic now.

I can't agree more with you. It's the brand I never had. But I was fascinated by how popular it was. I doesn't maybe make much sense, but I knew who Grant Hill was before I knew Jordan. Started playing bball in 95(MJ 1st retirement). That GH2 wasn't available where I was. But always wanted it. Bought it for nostalgia purpose. Anyway, great content, you got one Sub.✊🏾👍🏾

These were more popular than jordans when they first dropped in 96". My foot is wide in the front (EEE), will they be too tight for my foot type.
