I find it interesting police are taught NOT to submit to road side tests for DWI or roadside breath tests. Doesn't that imply we shouldn't submit either?

Yes...and defense lawyers agree. The breath test at the station is tge main deal. However I'd do the breathalyzer roadside as well. I couldn't pass the other stuff on my best day..😁😆😅

So if cops are trained to never do field sobriety tests then what does that tell us about these tests. I dont even drink but ive had a broken left leg and my right leg has tendon damage, i would have to refuse the physical test if I got pulled over.
I've heard defense lawyers say not to take it because it's impossible to pass. Taking it is not mandatory. The breath test is an entirely different matter.

First officers license should have been an auto one year suspension..just like us. He was drunk and stoned. These guys are getting away with way more than they should. 2 tiered justice. His foot was 9n the accelerator..not the brake.

Is the 2nd story officer using some kind of "official way" of reading rights to another officer, in order to get the swat officer some kind of leniency? Bcz he went from speaking very clearly speaking, to rambling those rights off, as drunk slurring as possible, then speaking clearly again! What was that about? I get the whole talk-fast thing, but that was not that! Lol. Wth?!!
