Seen plates from Michigan, ,NY, one didn't even have a plate.These areas and the grassy spots beyond parking lots are littered with empty food containers, plastic utensils, napkins, drink bottles and cans. Few months ago, these spots used to be litter free. Has anyone noticed this recently?

It's Not just El Cajon.. there are a total of 4 drop off locations... the CBP rotates every 8 weeks between them so as to not draw too much attention or anger. In San Ysidro they set up a make shift tent city at a trolly... complete with Porto potties.. and the migrants get hotel rooms every night.. we seem them walking from the hotels to the trolley
