i played volleyball since a kid, and i can tell u that there's that technique of hitting the ball serving, making it change direction as it goes...u get the valve up and hit it straight, in the middle...if done right, very dificult to defend. the first time i saw Ronaldo score like that, it was the first thing i thought.
