I don’t think it was 4 missed attempts. I remember this was the game against Derby County I believe and he was harshly tackled 5 times in this game while dribbling with no cards given by the refs. So Ronnie was pissed off and counted down all the tackles he suffered after he scored. What a time in football that was!

The footballer who made me love football and Manchester United since 2007. I'm 22 now and that year I was very young I never knew about the existent of club football competition until I simply started watching football matches, not knowing if it's even a live match or highlights, on TV, lol. Slowly, I made a habit of watching football where Cristiano's play caught my attention and he was wearing red shirt with white shorts. Day by day, I began to know about football clubs and that Ronaldo is playing for the club called Manchester United FC. As I was so young that year and my focus was only on studies, it was so unfortunate for me that I didn't get a chance to enjoy watching him play for United. I never knew about transfer windows too those years, but the news I read on a newspaper (I remember a picture of Sir Alex Ferguson looking straight at Ronaldo's face who was lacing his football studs, as if they were talking about the transfer) about Ronaldo going to Madrid in 2009 made me little sad 💔. This is why now my only wish is to see the King coming back and wear the famous Red shirt, reign his throne again and retire at Old Trafford ❤💪.
