I have loved this performance for years. So beautiful and sad. It was the first ever song I played along with on my guitar. Still gives me goosebumps. ❤❤❤❤❤
That might have been the sweetest DMB & Warren reaction ever! You're a sweet and sensitive soul. Not everybody gets these guys but so awesome they can cross cultural barriers with such a smooth and powerful style.
Sarah, I am someone who consistently appreciates the variety of music on your channel and the depth of your emotions. So,thank you for Dave Matthews’s brilliant performance cover this very old Neil Young song. There are many fine live performances of Neil doing this song over several decades. Here is an example from about 1978. I happen to like this one because I think it is a look at Neil in one of his whimsical and vulnerable periods. Please consider doing this or another of his performances of “CortezThe Killer.” czcams.com/video/XOfg6ZxM1Qc/video.html Neil inspires even other world class musicians (such as Dave Matthews). This is a shorter tribute performance for a TV awards snow featuring some heavy hitters, including Joe Satriani, who I find brilliant. Interesting, this one has a female vocalist (Grace Potter) and she is impressive! I think other people who waych your channel will like it even if it is not suitable for a reaction video. czcams.com/video/paeNnR33i5Q/video.html Much appreciation and respect for the content you deliver with such enthusiasm, Sarah.
This is one of my favorite live performances. I've never seen anyone react to this. I'm so happy you loved this too.
Warren Haynes is guest guitarist playing and singing. He's from the band Government Mule and played with the Allman brothers band for several years.

BEST GUITAR SOLO EVER!

You look like me high in 2003 who stumbled across this in highschool. Closing your eyes and feeling it is insane.

I think this is the best version of the song ever. Nothing against Neil Young, he's amazing... but I don't think it gets better than this.
