Don't ask her if she's ok right in front of the guy, obviously she's not gonna say no if she's fearful of him. Separate to subjects before questioning them. I can't wait to go to the academy when I turn 21 next year.

    • @EddieLeal
      @EddieLeal Před 3 lety +1

I caught that too. Wife could be the one with the firearm. Couples that fight sometimes turn against the cops. Personally, if it were me. I would like to have at minimum another officer there before approaching the house. If there are two people in the home you should have 3 officers there minimum. Four is ideal. Some agencies cant afford to have more than one or two officers at one call. Just depends on the situation. That said, there is no guarantee of safety in numbers so you always have to stay alert but it's better than going with only one other officer. Just my opinion of course.

This video must be incredibly old. I hope these type of interactions have been updated. Like asking her if she’s okay away from husband and asking if she don’t mind lifting up her sleeves up to see if there are any bruises on her arms or neck. Because It’s suspicious that she acted like she couldn’t hear them call for her and it was only when they entered the house she’s like “the kids are in the other room” she could’ve been fixing the house up to hide abusive suspicion and wore the sweater on to hide her bruises

You need to have a system where you get warrants before you enter someone 's residence. You can have judges on call... You guys just rush in... Most couples have loud verbal arguments from time to time... She wasn't hurt and they were just arguing which is their right up to a point. Why does the husband need to leave for the night... did the police make him? If they are disturbing the peace then you warn them or fine them... Constitutionally an argument that is audible doesn't constitute an emergency. Please, stay out of our lives...

I am ADHD and so was my partner and when we would just be talking to each other people would phone the police and it was always me beating the crap out of her
There is a man abusing a woman
The police would bang on the door and tell me that I will be arrested for domestic violence and my wife and I would have a blank expression on are faces and there is no evidence of any altercation We don’t know what to tell the police except that we are just a couple of people who are ADHD and were just having a chit-chat .
It might sound like an argument but it is just us communicating .
We have Energy to burn because of people phoning the police they would just call and see if everyone is fine . They would tell the caller that we are different than they are and have Energy to burn . If they are to loud you can tell them and they will not want to disturb you .
When you are arguing with your wife and the police come a calling get her to answer the door. They will take her from my view and ask her if it’s all good.
In my country the police lay assault charges not the victim
The reason is the police take evidence this is an investigation of Assault. They will take pictures of your wife and if she does not cooperate with investigators she can be charged for interfering with an investigation .
If she gives testimony that is false she can be charged with perjury.
Reality is the police are trying to protect her and she may never be in court when this case is on trial. The police take evidence of a crime and in court that is your fight.
The victim could not help you if she wanted to. The reason for this is in the past the police would press charges and if the woman dropped the complaint
    There is no case
So the law was charged for the sake of the victim.
The victim is not a target and in most cases there is a no contact restraining order for both of you

He did't have to open the door or step out. If they believe they need a warrant they can get one. Don't allow them in your home. That was fake as shit anyways

IF that's the way they really are in doing their job, then I respect them. truly. I wish every cop in America was as good as those 2 officers are. If they are not that way then it just proves that the police are all trained to lie. It would truly be great if this vid was or is real.????????????

WHY didn't the police officers ask to "see" the kids. I am skeptical. The woman took a "long" time answering police woman calling for her. She may have been hiding some abuse of the children. These cops did an insufficient job.
