    I follow all your videos man ! I'm over 40, a little fatty and not lean at all, not as strong as you,
    but all your workouts suit perfectly my physical workout needs. Kettlebells trainings are the best and you got among the best combinations shown on your videos. Also training outside in nature is really inspiring, thanks so much ❤

    I see the logic of doing all on one side first. To me, alternating takes away the intensity of working the muscle groups.

    for this would you alternate reps for each side, alternate exercises for each side, or just run through the circuit separately for each side

    I’ve been doing your workouts just like you have been and one side of my body is bigger than the other! Should I work out my other side of body?
