    (b) Pause Row to Suitcase Deadlift (4 reps)
    (c) Single Arm Swing (8 reps)
    (d) Single Arm Deadlift (8 reps)

      I'd argue it's BOTH. Bouts of low intensity steady state cardio as well...

    Do you perform one side and then repeat the other that makes 1round?

      Ideally yes. Only reason you don't see me do it right now is that I'm still recovering from a torn pec on my left side.
